This is a jump-off spot for the airport. It was perfectly fine. Rooms clean, bed comfortable, staff competent
Weather was rough—not the hotels fault! But the sidewalk in front approaching from the metro appeared untouched with heavy snow. The bar and restaurant were closed for renovation. We would have chosen elsewhere had we known. Noisy neighbors. And a wake-call 17 minutes early (better than 17 minutes late, for sure)
La cama super cómoda y las almohadas. Excelente ubicación
The rooms were nice
When we booked, it said parking was free and it wasn't. It was very expensive (around $50 per day) but luckily we found free parking about a block away, but that was inconvenient. Also, the staff on day one was not informative and couldn't seem to help leaving us confused upon registration. The wifi kept blocking us out or hardly ever worked.
Last minute booking because of a cancelled Delta flight. The price was excellent value for money. The rooms were great as well as the staff. The provided free airport shuttle was a great bonus!
Everything was great. Nothing to dislike.
Walls are extremely thin! You can hear EVERYTHING from adjoining rooms.
I was charged twice for this stay, once through booking.com and once through the hotel itself. Not sure how that happens but unacceptable
The property was very clean. Very welcoming. Our room was on the 12th floor with a decent view. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely as well.
No complaints. We will stay again if we are ever in the area.
早餐挺好!

Short walk to metro station, underground parking, easy access from highway.
Parking was tight as most spots were full and cars were parked along the driving areas, making access to actual spots difficult. Also parking price was higher than expected.
Sadly I cannot recommend this hotel. Indeed I would recommend that you stay away.
(1) I arrived on a Saturday night after a transatlantic flight. The was a large scale social function that spilled over at 1am onwards into bedroom and corridor parties. Huge noise and disruption problems. It transpired that the hotel had no security staff and a solo receptionist was left to deal with all eventualities. Utterly unfair and putting everybody at risk (especially the staff). They kindly gave me breakfast vouchers by way of recompense but I would have much preferred to sleep
(2) The hotel has seen much better days. The furniture in the bedroom probably looked ok in 1985 but is now in a bad way.
(3) The breakfasts are not the usual buffet style but individually ordered and served. Not great food - my neighbors abandoned theirs - see photo
(4) Like many others I used Booking.com. But - and I was not warned of this - the hotel resolutely and abruptly refuses to issue invoices / bills / receipts if Booking.com has taken pre-payment. Aside from the very minimal acknowledgement on Booking you will have no evidence of a stay at the hotel. Very bad news indeed if you need to seek reimbursement from a firm or agency (or just like receipts)
This was my first stay at a Westin. Many of these things are probably company policy - I would suggest staying away and looking at alternatives until senior management starts to address the challenges.
Great staff and loved being able to talk some
Bit pricey, but thats to be expected
El hotel, el servicio y la ubicación.
