Overall the accommodations were great, staff was friendly and helpful and we had a great stay.
Pros:

Got off to a rough start but overall everything turned out great! Breakfast was wonderful and staff was great. Several staff were new so they wrent as knowledgeable about things but they worked through it to get the answers we needed.

Cons:

Communication from the staff. Our reservation included breakfast but they didn't explain that we needed coupons in order to get breakfast without having to pay since it was already covered in our room charges. After we ordered our breakfast we had to go to the front desk for them to issue us the coupons so it took some time. We worked through it so all is good.

Not a pleasant stay.
Pros:

That the room had ceiling to floor length windows. The breakfast was really good.

Cons:

The hotel is dated. Our bathroom shower was flooded overnight into the next day till afternoon. When we returned hot and sweating after a trip in the city and wanted to take a shower in the room, we were shocked to find that the bathroom shower was still clogged and unprepared. We had complained early morning about the clogging as soon as we could get someone in the Reception. Finally, they apologized and changed the room. It was quite inconvenient and we will not stay here again.

Totally worth it.

Everything in the hotel is top notch. I really liked that they have sparkling water and alkaline water at the lobby.
