The staff were very accomodating and friendly

Cons:

Seems a little out of the city centre although that’s easily accessible. We were picking up another tour so it worked for us

Qualidade geral, região da cidade, proximidade da estação Madrid Puerta Atocha, facilidade para táxis.

Cons:

Tamanho do quarto, janela para a area interna, porta do armário quebrado, elevador que para em vários andares quando chamam, apesar de estar cheio (processo demorado quando se está apressado)

Hôtel très bien desservi par les transports tant taxis que bus.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner ne correspond pas à ce qu'on pourrait attendre d'un 4 étoiles.
Le restaurant quant à lui avait un bon rapport qualité prix.
