Pros:

Un hotel demasiado cómodo, después de un vuelo de 10 horas querías poder descansar en una cama cómodo y así fue. La habitación muy grande, espaciosa, limpia, con un baño bastante amplio también. El salón del desayuno igualmente muy cómodo, con una gran variedad de opciones para elegir.
En cuanto a la ubicación, se encuentra muy cerca al metro pero aún mejor a la parada del bus, está al frente, así que e smuy fácil desplazarse por el resto de la ciudad.
El personal fue muy amable. Cuando nos fuimos olvidamos en ma caja fuerte una billetera con los documentos y tarjetas, y ellos muy amablemente nos la guardaron hasta que pudimos volver a recogerla (casi un mes después).
Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí!

Hotel limpio y amplio pero ruidoso
Pros:

Muy limpio, camas comodas, amplio, personal amable. Ubicación en barrio cerca de Madrid Rio, agradable para pasear en los alrededores y cerca del centro comercial. Bien comunicado con utobuses hacia el centro.

Cons:

He puntuado bajo las instalaciones por la presión de la ducha y sobretodo la insonorización de las habitaciones. Se oye mucho lo que hablan las habitaciones de al lado y me tocó una pareja ruidosa por la noche y me costó mucho dormir. Tambien por la mañana, otros huespedes de otra habitación se pusieron a cantar el cumpleaños feliz a las 8 de la mañana y a hablar con familiares una hora como si nada y tambien nos despertaron de golpe. Lástima de este aspecto, sino lo hubiera puntuado mejor.

Not very comfortable especially if tou wanyed to relax in the room

The property was very very dated the rooms were definitely not a four star standard no english tv wardrope were broken bath tun was to small noniron for a four star hotel we had to request that then asked to walk down 8 floors to collect from reception no usb outlets all very disappointed for a four star should be classed a 3 star

bon sejour reste j ai pas eu droit au taxi retour par booking apres avoir prolonge le sejour

l un des aspects les plus decevant c est le petit dejeuner a revoir mediocre le cafe du matin juste de l eau inbuvable

le personnel tres gentil , surtout la reception le professionalisme de mr mostapha chef baggagiste au petits soins ,Ahmed au resto, personnel impeccable
