Renovation
Everything $ every spot inside the hotel was spectacular. The staff and the location were just wonderful
None however there was some noise after 9 am for the major works to replace the elevators
Reception and reservation team is uncompromising, unyielding and rigid. Do not make any mistake on your reservations. They will not honor any requests even though it’s simple and common sense. They will give you the run arounds when trying to speak to the right person and resolve the issue.
I like how it’s near the Department pf Finance
The property will no longer provide invoice to online bookings. Not recommended for government transactions.
Nice hotel. Beautiful pool area.
Everything is Fine except for the elevators, they need to upgrade it, Feels like its from the 80's
場所がよかった
施設やインフラが古い
We stayed on the 8th floor, and the room assigned to us was quite spacious, which we appreciated. However, the overall look and feel of the room felt dated, reminiscent of the 1990s. The door in the bathroom was visibly old and had some white stains, and both the refrigerator and safety deposit box appeared to be older models. The TV only offered cable channels — there was no Netflix or YouTube available, which limited our entertainment options.
That said, the bed was clean and very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep.
The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of food choices, which we enjoyed. However, the restaurant’s interior also felt quite outdated. I did notice a fly hovering near the salad station, and I hope the hotel considers putting insect repellents or improving food station hygiene. We also spotted a mosquito in our room during the stay.
One of the positive aspects is that the room rate is slightly more affordable compared to nearby hotels. Hopefully, the management considers renovating the rooms and common areas to introduce a more modern, brighter, and welcoming atmosphere. Updating the appliances and adding modern conveniences would certainly elevate the overall guest experience.
Booked an overnight staycation in a Junior Suite Superior Room. At close to 70sqm, the room is spacious, offering a wall divider partition between the sleeping area and living space. Actual is comparable with official website pages. Mattress for the Queen bed is thick and comfortable. Even with an extra bed, the living space is still spacious. The styling is a bit dated and reminds me of its glory days, but nevertheless well-maintained, with all bathroom fixtures properly functioning. Would have been perfect if the balcony doors could be opened.
As to amenities, it's Palm Grove area boasts of a circular pool and a seemingly olympic-sized pool. The area has been refreshed recently and being there made me forget that I'm actually in the middle of a city.
A Loyal Guest’s Honest Feedback – A Mix of Warm Memories and Needed Improvements
⭐⭐⭐☆☆
I’ve been a loyal customer of Century Park Hotel since 2014, which was also my first time in the Philippines. I stayed here for four months back then, and since then, this hotel has held a special place in my heart. Over the years, I’ve often booked weekend stays—usually for one or two nights—as a way to relax and relive good memories.
On my most recent visit, I was pleasantly welcomed by a kind gentleman at the reception who upgraded me to a spacious corner room with a great view. It was a lovely gesture that I truly appreciated.
However, I was disappointed with the breakfast experience this time. The setup was chaotic—no one to assist with finding or clearing tables, and staff seemed overwhelmed. Several food items ran out and either weren’t refilled or were simply unavailable when requested. Compared to past visits, the variety and quality have declined noticeably.
I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously. Century Park Hotel has a loyal base of returning guests like me, but consistency in service—especially during breakfast—is key to keeping us coming back.
Staff, rooms, facility, FOOD!
Probably a little interior update on the lobby area.
Its ok
The pool is not clean
Our go to hotel whenever my Dad comes home. Really love how spacious the room!!
Breakfast spread is nice! Loved the pancake and waffle station so much.
My fave area from the hotel are the Pool and The Lobby.
Would definitely book this hotel again. It has been part of our family traditional to stay here.
Clean towels, room was clean
Very old, needs a major upgrade. There were no plugs in the room to charge your devices, I had to unplug lamps to charge some of my electronics, no access to balcony, saying for my safety, bed/pillow was hard and uncomfortable, not enough lighting in the room, closest light did not work. Room was very old and dark. Breakfast: cockroach on the buffet table near the bread and butter. I told the staff
