POOR & disapointing
Pros:

Newly renovated

Cons:

1) Housekeeping did not clean the room eventhough we did not put any do not distub sign!
2) Front office gave new room but forgot to write room # so we had to ask again
3) Poor service at front office, Took 40 minutes to give us slippers & had to call twice for it
4) we paid nearly $ 700 for 2 nights for a very disappointing service and bad value for money
5) have never stayed in any hotel where the overall expeeience is this bad

Philly, we’re here! A special journey all the way from Taiwan. ✈️
Pros:

Returning to Philly for the 2026 Academy of Management Annual Meeting and staying at the Sheraton Hotel feels like coming home. It is a wonderful blessing and a full-circle moment. As the hotel is so close to UPenn, we found ourselves reconnecting with this lovely campus. Reflecting on the memories, friendships, and experiences as students twenty years ago that continue to shape our academic journey. Grateful for what the university city could offer and hopefully we will be able to come back to Penn again in the future. Special thanks to the staff, Nezha, and her team, who have been assisting us throughout our stay for the past two years!

A nightmare
Cons:

Wifi did not work properly! They tried to charge me 3 times for my stay. Outrageous!!! Never had a hotel experience worse than this.
