Pros:

We liked everything about this hotel.

Cons:

We didn't like being told that booking.com charged us $10 more than calling the hotel direct would. Ugh

Best birthday stay I could have ever had.
Pros:

I liked that they treated us so nice when checking in and that everything in our room was top tier in cleanliness.

The hotel had everything from a restaurant, indoor pool, 2 elevators, and well lit and clean.

Cons:

The wait time to check in was extremely excessively long as I checked in at 9p.m. one weekend and 630pm the next weekend. Our room key did not work the second day both weekends and had to wait a very long time to get it rekeyed which was a major inconvenience with having my special needs child having to go to the room and go back to front desk just to get the key reprogrammed when we had already been there the night before.

I don’t understand why this property owner cancelled the order to make breakfast in the morning. The buffet breakfast is not the same.

Not what was expected, disappointing.
Pros:

Convenient to where we needed to be right off the highway.

Cons:

Our room was not clean. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice until late that night/early morning, when we were too tired to report it. The towels and washcloths were dirty, so we requested replacements. After getting in the shower, we noticed more grime up close, and the tub would not drain once the water was turned on. The toilet also had to be flushed twice to work properly. Before leaving, while checking the room for any belongings, we found several items left behind by previous guests. This made our stay feel very uncomfortable, which was disappointing we stayed in this hotel summer of 2025 and had an enjoyable stay.
