Pros:

低層階に宿泊したが近年低層階は改装したらしく清潔でよかった。

Cons:

価格の割に食事が貧相であった。
またルームサービスのスリッパとローブを依頼したが1時間経過しても届かなかった為、再度依頼。再び30分経過しても届かず、再度依頼。3分後届いた。
また高層階に宿泊した友人は改装前の部屋であったらしく、湿気がひどく水回りの清掃が行き届いていなかったらしい。
日本の宿泊施設基準で考えてしまっているところもあるが、ジブチ2番目のクオリティのホテルにしてはサービスの質が悪いとも考える。

La plage privée un peu éloignée de la musique assourdissante de la piscine.

Cons:

L'hôtel a fait du surbooking, nous avons du attendre 2h30 pour avoir une chambre qui n'était pas conforme à ce que nous avions réservé.
Nous avons eu 2 lits simples alors que nous avions réservé un lit queen size.
L'isolation phonique est déplorable. C'est simple vous vivez dans l'albiance sonire des 2 chambres qui vous entourent.
Les prestations proposées sont hors de prix et le service est déplorable.
Préparez vous à patienter plus que de raison.
Pour 200€ la nuit, cela ne vaut absolument pas l'expérience.

Excellent stay at Sheraton Hotel. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and offers outstanding service.
The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable
Special thanks to Fatouma and Jama and Mohamed Eisa for their kindness, hospitality, and excellent support. They truly made my stay more enjoyable.
Highly recommended, and I look forward to visiting again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pros:

It was lovely. I would say prepare for salty water in bathroom and windows don't open. The ventilation in rooms is not so good. The restaurant and food is superb
