Dated, Dismal and dirty
Pros:

Do not book to stay here, if you have booked, cancel and go elsewhere.
It's dated, dirty and dismal.
The room was dirty and unhygienic. It had an awful, damaged bath tub, completely empty soap dispenser over the hand basin, pilling (bobbly like an old jumper) all over the mattress which was most uncomfortable through just a thin sheet, TV remote not working, broken lampshades. I could go on and on !
The only solution for this hotel is that it is closed down and completely remodeled!

Cons:

Wanted buffet breakfast, not menu breakfast. Found out they only serve buffet breakfast on weekends. Would have looked at other hotels if I had known in advance. Said they had shuttle to casino, also found out only on Friday and Saturday. Never any towels at pool. Need to update rooms especially the carpet.

We had a good stay and would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The property was easy to get to and was quiet. We enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was great.

Cons:

When I made the reservation it said free breakfast was included. However, when we got there, we were advised the kids didn’t get free breakfast because they were over the age of 12. We only received 2 free breakfast instead of 4. However, it was a buffet style breakfast for 14.99 each for the kids, so wasn’t too bad. It would have been worth it had they ate more than one small plate of food each.

Our event was better than our stay.
Pros:

Wasn’t too far from Mohegan Sun

Cons:

We did not have a proper working sink faucet and the parking areas were filled with serve vechiles and had to park in back lot which was sketchy and poorly lighted with no back entrance into the hotel or walkway to the front entrance.

Pros:

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Clean and quiet. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

There was some water damage in the bathroom ceiling and the artwork on the wall.
Air conditioning was hard to control.

I liked that they had a shuttle that took you to the Mohegan Sun Casino

Cons:

The restaurant/bar had a sign that said they closed at a specific time and it was false information because both times that we went there. The woman told us they were closing and it was before the hours on the door doorway.
We had neighbors next-door that were very noisy and kept us up all night Saturday night

The location was fine. We didn’t have breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel was filthy. Soft drinks were spilled on the floors and not mopped up. Floors were sticky. The carpets in the room were lifting and the furniture in the room was ripped. The balcony had a ton of dirt. And the rain made it even worse. Looks like the dirt hadn’t been cleaned in months.

Go elsewhere- dirty and old!
Pros:

Don’t stay here, it’s dirty and gross and no one cares. The owner should really do the bare minimum. Our bathroom had ants. Tons of little ants marching in and out of the wall and around the bathroom.

The whole place needs renovation, besides being really dirty everywhere. Bathroom was dirty and old. The mattresses must be 20+ years old- you could feel springs, lumps, bumps. Looking around the hotel are signs of neglect- spider web in the room lamp, quite visible. All around the hotel was dirty.

The gym was also dirty. No wipes to wipe my sweat off the equipment. Empty water cooler. I told the staff after my workout in case they could replace the items. Next day there was a can of Lysol. Should I be spraying equipment with that? Still no water, obvious the problem is the owner doesn’t care one bit about the state of the hotel or else they would have the basics in the stockroom.

Also when we checked in the front desk said our reservation had been canceled. It wasn’t and they eventually got us into a room after 20 minutes. At check out , I told the front desk about the aunts. Their response was they would have someone vacuum them. They were coming in and out of the wall - ummmmm, not a solution.

I recommend not staying here.
