Excelente, cómodo
Pros:

Todo, es muy cómodo y tiene muy buen ubicación en la Gran Vía. Tiene cocina lo que es un plus para mi.

Pros:

4 kadın olarak gittiğimiz Madrid turunda bu tesisi tercih ettik ve çok memnun kaldık. Apart daireler şeklinde olması çok rahatlık sağladı. Ancak bir otel gibi resepsiyon, kahvaltı, bagaj saklama hizmetleri de vardı. Kahvaltı gayet yeterli ve güzeldi. Konum çok iyiydi, 3 günlük seyahatimiz boyunca hiç toplu taşıma kullanmadık, her yere yürüdük. Odalar çok temizdi ve dekorasyonu şık ve moderndi. Tekrar Madrid'e gitsem yine burada konaklarım

Peuvent mieux faire par rapport au prix de l'appartement

L'accueil et l'emplacement

Le ménage de l'appartement laisse à désirer
Le sol est sale même après le passage des femmes de ménage
Pas de savon pour les main le flacon est vide
Pas de serviette pour les mains on a droit à des draps de bain uniquement
Les poubelles vider sans remettre le sac poubelle dans le bac
Surtout la nuit de mercredi et jeudi la lumière de l'entrée de l'appartement s'allume tout seul et reste allumé sans raison j'ai faire appel au réceptionniste 2 fois fois de suite sans explication il a baissé le disjoncteur et m'a c'est bon tout ça nous a perturbé le sommeil c'était vers 21h

Ein schöner Aufenthalt in einer perfekten Lage

Die Lage und die Aussicht sind sensationell 👌Das Essen war lecker, sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und überwiegend aufmerksam. Das Bett war bequem und die Ausstattung in Ordnung.

Cons:

Die Aufklärung zum Menü (man durfte beispielsweise zum Frühstück nur 1 Gericht extra pro Person bestellen), wir kamen da ein wenig durcheinander, weil uns die nötige Transparenz gefehlt hat.

Pros:

Le personnel du petit déjeuner très désagréable
Les commandes ne sont pas respectées !!! Omelette par exp très salé et bcp de matières grasses alors que à chaque fois on précise sans sel ni huile vu que j’ai un problème d’estomac
