Helpful staff, location amazing and rooftop bar was an added bonus

Location was excellent and apartments were very clean, modern and spacious

Cons:

The shower head was broken and wardrobe door was difficult to close but staff dealt with this immediately

El departamento es muy moderno, muy cómodo. Es bien amplio, tanto la habitación con placard completo, el living con un cómodo sofá-cama+armario, un baño bien amplio, y una cocina muy bien equipada (microondas, cafetera de cápsulas, pava eléctrica, lavarropas, y todos los utensillos). La ubicación inmejorable: excelente para los paseos por el centro, su accesibilidad a las líneas de Metro, para compras (todas las tiendas a metros/pocas cuadras), restós (imperdible el rooftop del edificio) y markets para cualquier necesidad. Recomendable 100%

Todo bueno que decir. Amplio apartamento con aire acondicionado, ubicación súper céntrico en plena Gran Vía. Desayuno muy completo con Variedad. Personal súper amable y respetuoso.

The hotel is very nice and it’s close to everything.

When we first arrived, we checked into Room 407. It was quite small, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom.

Later, we were moved to a much better room. It was more spacious and had everything we needed.

However, there was still an unpleasant smell coming from the shower drain.

Cons:

The biggest issue was the elevator. Since the hotel has 10 floors, we had to wait a very long time for the elevator every day.
