Un emplacement parfait et une cuisine surprenante
Pros:

L'emplacement central est un immense atout pour visiter Madrid à pied, en toutes directions. Le restaurant au 10ème étage, et la merveilleuse cuisine de sa chef, inventive et délicieuse.

Peut-être l'ascenseur, vraiment très long à arriver...

إقامة جميلة ومريحة بشكل عام.
الغرفة كانت نظيفة والخدمة ممتازة، وتعامل الموظفين كان راقي ومتعاون.
ومتاحة عندهم خدمة التنظيف كل يوم تقدر تطلبهم واذا فيه امكانية والشقة متاحة يدخلونك بدري قبل 3 .. انا دخلت الساعة 1 ونص لاني وصلت 12 اصلا وما قصروا اخذوا مني العفش وحطوه عندهم في مستودع ورحت فطرت ورجعت على 1 ونص وكان فيه شقة متاحة ودخلوني
الموقع مناسب وقريب من الخدمات.
ملاحظتي البسيطة كانت على ( المصعد دايماً مزدحم والانتظار ياخذ وقت ).
بشكل عام تجربة جيدة وأوصي بالإقامة في هذا المكان .

When choosing this hotel, watch out for two things—unfortunately, neither is advertised, and you only find out on arrival:
1. The two-bedroom apartment does not face the street but a small inner courtyard. The rooms are dark, and when you open the curtains, you can see at most the bed in the opposite room. The photo of the smaller room online looked better than in reality.
2. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant with loud music playing until midnight. In rooms facing the inner courtyard, the noise is incredibly loud, even with the windows closed.

The helpful and friendly staff did not make up for the unpleasant and uncomfortable accommodation. In our opinion, the standard did not match a 4-star hotel. There are many hotels in the Gran Vía area, so there is plenty to choose from. If you travel more than 2000 km, you do not expect unpleasant surprise.

Při volbě hotelu pozor na 2 věci, bohužel žádná není inzerovaná, zjistíte až na místě: 1)Apartmán se 2 ložnicemi nemá výhled do ulice, ale do málo prostorného vnitrobloku, v pokojích je tma, po odtažení závěsu vidíte maximálně postel z protějšího pokoje. Obrázek menšího pokoje na internetu byl horší, než realita.
2)V hotelu na střeše je do půlnoci hlasitá hudební produkce ze střešní restaurace, což je v pokojích směřující do vnitrobloku neuvěřitelně slyšet i přes zavřená okna.

Ochotný a milý personál nenahradil nepříjemné a nekomfortní ubytování, standard podle nás neodpovídal 4 hvězdičkám. Hotelů v oblasti Gran via je mnoho. Je z čeho vybírat. Když cestujete víc než 2000 km, neočekáváte nepříjemná překvapení.

Great location, but the apartment could be better
Pros:

The location is amazing. Rooftop restaurant where the breakfasts are is a nice place to be.

Cons:

1) the room was very dark
2) power sockets were in bad condition
3) in our apartment there was a dishwasher which had a broken door
4) bathroom is constructed in a way that all the water flows out of the shower
