We were very happy with the second room snd gor us the location is ideal
Pros:

Second King room was well laid out and comfortable. Responsive and helpful staff.

Cons:

Our first King room had broken vertical blinds—but they immediately changed us to one with datk out curtains instead.

My hotel. We left a night early on our 3 day trip we were so unsatisfied and Crowne Plaza refused to help us any.

Great stay and you should visit the restaurant downstairs! The hotel is beautiful and the food was amazing!

We loved the restaurant downstairs. The steak wrap was amazing!!!! The room was beautiful and clean!

Cons:

Our bed was hard and not very comfortable but other than that our stay was amazing!

Nice short stay for a weekend trip
Pros:

Location was great and the bed was very comfortable

Cons:

The breakfast spread wasn’t very impressive and I felt that it was too expensive, especially for kids who are picky eaters.

A beautiful hotel in a wonderful location!
Pros:

A beautiful hotel- my room was large with beautiful windows. Parking was complimentary and the location was perfect for offsite shopping and dining. The hotel is a hidden gem and the staff is genuinely kind and helpful.The meeting rooms are great and the breakfast buffet is very good! Public transportation is
minutes away. This is a wonderful stay in Pttsburgh!

Pros:

Clean. Comfortable. A peaceful stay. Happy we were able to check in late in the evening

Nice one night stay for the price
Pros:

I thought the room was nice for the one night we stayed there. The hotel seemed to be in a good area and the staff was friendly. Though we were only there for a night I believe it is a suitable hotel for quick stays if traveling into the city.

Cons:

Unfortunately our room smelled of Onion/BO when we got there and never seemed to go away.
