The location was great with lots of local options. The staff were all great and very helpful. The restaurant had excellent service.
The TV was not a modern TV with options like YouTube or any online apps. It was very old. The pool was a bit small but the excellent gym made up for it.

Bedbugs
Breakfast was good and there was a decent variety of options to choose from. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I liked that the room was pretty soundproof and you could not hear guests in other rooms, especially since there were receptions going on downstairs.
The shower was a bit disappointing. The water pressure was not great. I'm short so the placement of the shower head being up so high left the water pressure that was there, at the top.
Great, plenty of choices. Very good. Lady in charge very helpful and acccomodating.
Nothing
This is my first time staying here and I was very impressed. The room was wonderful and the staff was always great to be around and even to talk to. I will keep an eye out for these hotel down the road because i plan to do some traveling in the near future. I was pleasantly surprised to get text messages about my stay even when i was not at the hotel. This showed me great customer service.
We were there to rest/sleep. Location was close to home but otherwise unimportant.
The beds/mattresses were too soft. The room was small and satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. TV selections were awful - basic cable and pay-per-view only.
Allowed early check in to accommodate our trip
Nothing.
Staff was very friendly! Felt like a special guest, the minute I checked in.
Breakfast was not included in the price.

Air conditioner broke. Room was dirty
Friendly front desk and breakfast staff. Breakfast was great and rooms were cleaned daily, which a lot of hotels don’t do anymore.
Nothing :)
Close to train
Room was great. Heat wasn’t working but they worked on it to make it right. Someone pulled a fire alarm the first night there and everyone made their way downstairs. It was clear the desk staff hadn’t been trained on what to do. Not good! On our 3 nights stay the restaurant was closed two of them. Apparently they have one chief and one bartender. I can’t believe this is a Crown Plaza. I was at an event with 60 people who were mostly over 65 years old attending and most stayed in the hotel. Many had flown in and didn’t have a car. They struggled to get food. Do better!
