Amigable. Personal atento.
Pros:

Tiene una excelente ubicación. Cerca del Centro Histórico.

Cons:

Estuvimos en el cuarto de arriba. Había escalones desnivelados en la escalera para subir. El baño muy pequeño y en el cuarto no hay espejo. Para arreglarse hay que esperar que esté listo el otro.

Hideous. Deceptive website description. We have photos of everything but unfortunately cannot upload them at this time.

Nothing. We checked out after one night because it was filthy, cockroaches and in in disrepair.

Cons:

Disceptive description of hôtel. There is no pool bar, there is no solarium. The place is rundown and in disrepair. It is filthy and threadbare dirty sheets and towels. 2 cockroaches were scurrying across our floor and in the bathroom. They also lied about a person being available. Someone shows up at 3:00 to check you in , leaves you with a WHATSAP number saying you can reach them at any time; however , they never responded to our first request - which was how to lock the patio door. There is no spa and no spa services. Apparently, they will call out for spa service and it is rendered in your room. We walked into the hotel living room which is maybe what they call the solarium to find a family with small children occupying the space. It turns out it was one of the maid’s family. Casa Lulu website is deceptive. We contacted Booking.com over a dozen attempts to help us to no avail. This is another long story about their deception and lack of customer service and support. Their line is « we have your back and will exceed your expectations « . I finally reached Booking after 10 days of attempts. Booking.com does not have your back. We will no longer use Booking. The lack of customer support is egregious.

Excelente ubicación, linda vista, sugiero que poden los cactus que se encuentran en el balcon de la habitación principal ya que obstruye la vista al mar.

Cons:

Necesitan poner mas atención en la fumigación ya que al llegar a la habitación había cucarachas.

I enjoyed my stay. The value was there and the place reminded me of a bungalow from Mazatlan's old days. Pool is great and the Malecon is close.

Pros:

Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet!
Behjelpelig personal og veldig avslappet atmosfære. Frokosten kunne man få når man selv ønsket det, som var veldig greit da dagsplanene varierer på ferie.

The place is great! I do recommend, just the code part was not great for me.

Cons:

I think the code option to enter the hotel is not great. I couldn't get into the hotel the last night because I didn't have battery on my phone (obviously I didn´t remember the coed either) and there wasn't anyone there to help.

Tranquilidad en fin de semana.
Pros:

Su tranquilidad y el hotel como tal, es muy cool. El personal muy amable al momento de dar el servicio, la ubicación es interesante, tranquila. Si buscas tranquilidad es la opcion ideal.

Cons:

Por temas de lluvia, se fue a luz y esto ocasiono un tema muy desalentador, ya que tardo bastante en volver la luz. Fuera de eso, el resto de los servicios estuvieron muy bien.

It wasn’t clean, the property didn’t have ac so you couldn’t be outside at all other than room and pool, property isn’t accessible, there’s no elevator so even just to go up to our room and leave luggage there was super uncomfortable and dangerous as the stairs looked in terrible condition, the bathroom at our room was pretty old and outdated, stains everywhere, smelly property all over. Not worth the price at all.
