Not sure where to begin. Front desk upon arrival was not warm, not friendly, nor even welcoming. Hence the primary role of his job. Upon arrival to room, garbage was all over the front of the door. When in room, it smelled so badly of mold, aging cheap furniture, and sh*t. Let’s go to the bathroom; no body soap in dispenser, shampoo was almost empty, not a bar of soap by the sink either. Room phone doesn’t work. WTF is management not doing or “doing” bc this hotel is a mess. No hand soap in bathroom at the gym / pool area. And as noted in prior posts from other guests, no mattress coverings / mattresses pads on the mattresses. Just sheets on the mattress, which is unsanitary at all costs. Who owns this place????? Oh should I mention the bugs in the bathroom and bedroom. Yea. No bueno. So imagine what the kitchen must look like that makes you the hotel food if the guests rooms are like this.
it was ok the ice machine in the 3 floor did not work and there were no microwave on each floor i was in 3 floor to find one
My friend and I stayed at this hotel as were in Boston to watch Scotland play at the World Cup.
We knew nothing of the location and only booked it as it was close to Gillette stadium and downtown Boston.
What a find this was! Hotel was immaculate and the food was excellent. All the staff we encountered were friendly and professional.
We stayed in a junior suite which was huge and very well appointed.
We also loved the town of Needham.
Definitely a hotel I’d recommend.

Nice restaurant and common area
My room must have been pet friendly at one time and there was remnants of dog poop on rug and it had the smell of wet dog. My only comment would be that there was loud party of guest at two am in morning. I went to get rest and was awaken in middle of night

Thought is needed renovation the carpets were poor and smelt a bit
Love the restaurant and beds are so comfortable.
Everything was great! Would love to see a hot tube added to the pool area.
Demetrius at the front desk was great. The bartender was nice as was our waitress. David and Chris with the banquet staff are great. Some of the other staff, not at all nice. Our room wasn't very clean at all. The same trash was in the hall for days on end.
