Pros:

Good price. Clean comfortable room. Bed, sheets, pillows very nice. Breakfast staff friendly, efficient.

A spot that has what you need (but minimal frills)
Pros:

This hotel had everything one needs...a (small) gym, plenty of parking, clean rooms, and decent breakfast food. (There's a pool, also...but our party didn't use it.) The staff was quite friendly, too, perhaps the one thing that really stands out about our stay here.

Pros:

The staff is good.

Cons:

I will give three constructive criticism.

One: the long uphill ramp leading up to the hotels makes it hard to find for the 1st time visitors.

Two: the name of the street on which the hotel is located conflated with another street of the same name in Boston. So, my GPS could not tell at first and led me to the wrong street with the same name.

Three: the design of the faucet for the shower made it a puzzle for the visitors to turn off. Simplify it.

should be good but was a disappointing marriott hotel

the beds were good, fast check in and check out

Cons:

The phones did not work in both rooms that I stayed, I even called a repairman, he came and couldn't fix it. The thermostat in the first room I stayed did not work well, was very noisy and would not warm up the room properly. The shower handle did not work well (was either loose or hard to turn off). The conditioner container was empty. I asked to bring me more and the service people brought me another refilling bottle, which was also nearly empty.
I was switched to another room for my second night and again the conditioner was empty and the phone in the room did not work.
The breakfast was good, but there was no alternative milk available (like soy or almond or oat) and very limited amount of fruit (cut watermelon, cantaloupe, sometime grapes).

I suggest this place.
Pros:

Staffs were so kind and polite and the atmosphere was so friendly and good. The breakfast has good quality and also included nice snacks every evening. The parking was $10 per day which was great.

Cons:

The restroom door inner side was so dirty and the restroom was not cleaned well.
They didn’t provide tooth brush and toothpaste.
And it would be better if they had pair of slippers for shower .
The room was clean overall but the restroom was not cleaned well.
