Nice room with some manageable issues
Pros:

The room was really nice, but had some issues. On arrival the AC unit wouldn't cool the room at all - the hotel staff did send someone to maintenance it right away the next morning but we felt like it never got as cold as other hotels we've stayed. The bathroom occasionally had a smell of cigarettes and we found a few mosquitos and bugs the first two days we stayed. However, the bed was comfortable and the staff was always really kind.

Cons:

Very limited vegan options at breakfast with no allergens labeled (staff often weren't sure what is in the food).
You have to ask for toilet paper and water replenishment every day.
AC not very as strong as we would have liked.
Faint smell of cigarettes in the bathroom at times.

Pros:

Keurig hotel!

Cons:

Uitzicht was er totaal niet. Vreemde schuine schotten voor alle ramen.
De airco in het restaurant stond voortdurend zo belachelijk koud.
Zonder jas daar zitten was onmogelijk.

Pros:

Ein sehr professionell geführtes Hotel, große Auswahl beim Frühstück, sehr komfortable Zimmer. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Nebenan ist das Tunjungan Plaza Einkaufszentrum und direkt daneben ein charmantes kleines Viertel mit kleinen Häuschen und engen Gassen. Dort kann man sehr gut authentisch an Straßenständen essen.

Gutes Hotel, leckeres Essen
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal.

Cons:

Das Fenster war Richtung Regierungsgebäude mit einer Metallplatten abgeschirmt, sodass es etwas dunkel war.
Im Fitnessraum gehen die Kurzhanteln nur bis 10kg (keine Kritik, aber gut zu wissen, wenn man das Hotel extra wegen des Fitnessraums auswählt)

Grootste Shopping mall op loopafstand. 3 nachtclubs op loopafstand als je dat aanspreekt en ook aardige barretjes. Hotel groot en netjes

位置超好，過馬路就到百貨公司，路口就有各種餐廳。還喜歡它的洗漱用品，味道清香好聞。
Pros:

房間略小，但考慮它的性質比較偏商業旅館，也就沒什麼好抱怨的了

早餐肉類及蔬菜太少，澱粉居多
