Pros:

Ein sehr professionell geführtes Hotel, große Auswahl beim Frühstück, sehr komfortable Zimmer. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Nebenan ist das Tunjungan Plaza Einkaufszentrum und direkt daneben ein charmantes kleines Viertel mit kleinen Häuschen und engen Gassen. Dort kann man sehr gut authentisch an Straßenständen essen.

Gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal.

Cons:

Das Fenster war Richtung Regierungsgebäude mit einer Metallplatten abgeschirmt, sodass es etwas dunkel war.
Im Fitnessraum gehen die Kurzhanteln nur bis 10kg (keine Kritik, aber gut zu wissen, wenn man das Hotel extra wegen des Fitnessraums auswählt)

位置超好，過馬路就到百貨公司，路口就有各種餐廳。還喜歡它的洗漱用品，味道清香好聞。

房間略小，但考慮它的性質比較偏商業旅館，也就沒什麼好抱怨的了

Middelmatig hotel met slechte service

Nette kamer en badkamer.

We hadden geboekt voor 2 volwassenen en 1 kind van 8 jaar oud, inclusief ontbijt. Bij aankomst bleek dat er geen bed was voor ons kind. Bovendien moesten we extra betalen voor het ontbijt voor ons kind..

A very pleasant stay at a great hotel.
Pros:

1. They prepared the room beforehand so that when I checked in, the room is cool. Also they put the card on the electricity slot so that even if I go out, I can have the option to leave the AC on.

2. They are very welcoming and communicative. They contacted me both on this platform and on whatsapp to confirm my booking and to check on my special requests. They also provided complimentary welcoming cake slices in my room upon my arrival.

3. The hotel is walkable distance to a lot of local attractions i.e. Tunjungan Plaza, Romansa Tunjungan, Alun-Alun Surabaya.

4. The room is decently sized and it is clean.

Cons:

If there is more than 1 person, the space to put luggage and other items might be limited.
This is something might be out of the hotel’s control but early Sunday morning, there’ll be loud music coming from nearby park so travellers that want to sleep in on Sunday might be bothered by that.

Great central location close to surabaya’s main attractions - walk along tunjungan road or to the malls and easily get to other parts of the city

Clean rooms, with great room service for water/towels/bed making/cleaning daily and helpful team members who are available 24/7

Downstairs gym is useful, breakfast buffet is decent

3 star hotel with 6 star hospitality!
Pros:

Tunjungan Plaza, Jalan Tunjungan, the night street food street (Jalan Genteng Besar) all are within walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and some rooms include an afternoon tea snack buffet from 3-6pm. We booked a suite - room was very clean after every housekeeping routine. Special thanks to Dian, Jeje, Rince, Syauqi, Tyo and mas mas security who were always friendly and smiling all the time. 6 star hospitality 👍🏽
