Хубав хотел с добра локация, всичко беше наред. Персонала беше много учтив и любезен, закуската имаше всичко необходимо. Близо до гарата, метроспирка и трамвайна спирка.

Pros:

Camera piccola ma perfetta per una persona sola. In fondo al corridoio quindi silenziosa, a parte il rumore dei vicini maleducati (ma questo non dipende dalla struttura!). Affaccia su una strada tranquilla. Bagno un po' piccolo ma pulitissimo così come la stanza. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Colazione top con ampia scelta di dolce e salato anche cotto. Posizione top vicina alla Stazione centrale ma già fuori dalla zona "brutta". Anzi, pieno di bar e ristoranti intorno.

Cons:

un pochino l'insonorizzazione tra le stanze, ma niente di esageratamente fastidioso.

Wonderful
Pros:

Fantastic hotel very bright and colourful, the staff were very friendly and polite . Hotel was very clean and tidy , breakfast was fantastic lovely choice of items . About 30 mins walk from the center very easy to get to . Shower was lovely hot water and the wi fi was good . Overall really nice hotel very much enjoyed our stay

Hôtel moderne et bien situé, mais bruyant la nuit.
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, proche de la gare et du métro, et à environ 30 minutes à pied du Duomo. Établissement moderne et propre. La chambre était bien équipée, avec un lit très grand. Mention spéciale pour les lumières bleues au plafond en forme de constellation, très originales et agréables.
Le personnel était globalement aimable : le monsieur au petit déjeuner était charmant et les femmes de chambre très gentilles.

Cons:

Beaucoup de bruit la nuit, ce qui a un peu gêné le sommeil. Les oreillers étaient très durs. L’accueil le premier jour a été assez froid, notamment lorsqu’on nous a indiqué de manière un peu sèche que le français n’était pas parlé (les jours suivants, l’accueil était correct). J'ai également perdu une nuit en raison de la maladie de ma fille, sans proposition de dédommagement, même si cela est compréhensible. La taxe de séjour italienne est élevée (10 € par personne/jour), mais cela ne dépend pas de l’hôtel.
