Cons:

Dated bathroom fixtures, dirty bath floor, rust spot the size of a ping pong ball in tub, shower gel practically empty.The bar and restaurant were closed on Sundays and Mondays, strange for a hotel. There were no bike rentals offered or seen, but advertised as available on site. I would not call it a boutique hotel, they mus advertised themselves as such. Black out curtains don't work if room faces Rainer mountain. We will not be back.

Love Hotel Murano and will continue to stay here, but only in cheaper Club Rooms for access to breakfast.
Pros:

I love the location and lobby atmosphere! The rooms are very nice. Super modern. I stay here often and really like Tacoma downtown!

Cons:

The suites SHOULD totally come with the breakfast and snacks for the price. We’d LOVE that and were disappointed when we realized we didn’t. We’ve had it with Club Room bookings at much cheaper rates before. Would love if Murano included it with suites.

Pros:

The staff was very accommodating. We went for our anniversary and they gave us a free champagne certificate and left us chocolate strawberries and card.

Cons:

Even though I paid for parking initially as we left that morning I was given a parking ticket. Staff at the desk said they would take care of it.

For the rate it was OK but would look for other options next time.
Pros:

Bar area was great, food was good. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There was no place to unpack and put your clothes away. Hotel looked to be updated and they did an OK job.

It was great for sleep and recoup.view was great.
Pros:

We only ate in the restaurant twice. And it was okay. The elevator was super fast that sometimes made me have to wait a second to reorientate.

Cons:

The Food wasn't as great as I was hoping and the lack of amenities that were option.
