I really really loved the bathroom. I love the shower wit out the bathtub. I like it more wit out the tub.
There's nothing that I didnt like about the hotel I have no complaints. Everything was as I thought it would b perfect
Hotel Murano is an art lovers' delight. I was especially pleased to be staying on the 18th floor, which honors the glass artwork of Bertil Vallien.
Restaurant dinner was non-descript; namely, more concerned with presentation than with taste.
The hotel is modern and clean. Upon arrival you can see the colorful art and the see how bright and inviting. I love the fireplace. It gives you a sense of warmth and cozy while away. I would definitely stay again.
The exhibits and the employees
I absolutely love this property. One of my favorite hotels in Tacoma. I come at least once every 3-4 months and just stay for a day. It’s the perfect getaway
I have no dislikes
Location to downtown
After a long day of State wrestling we chose to stay at the hotel for dinner. Great choice! The food was really good, chicken breast and pasta. The service was excellent! Leticia has a great sense of humor and was very quick with her service. We will be back!
Aesthetically pleasing lobby and we appreciated the dedication to glass-blowing artists. Staff were friendly. Room was fairly quiet, however the mattress was soft and uncomfortable for anyone with lower back issues.
Fine location.
Room was very dark. High parking fee. Glass walls in elevators in disrepair. Bar was closed, room service not avail. Menus online were not accurate. Not a good stay.
Great customer service! The Breakfast Club sandwich was the best I've had in the US in 13 years of travel (a must have) and Angela-Server-THE BEST!!!
Rooms very comfortable and the hotel decor is really nice!
The hotel is right next to the Convention Ctr. It's a little dated, and the glass art on the walls in the lobby need refreshing. There is no artwork in the room. The carpet from the parking lot to the lobby is wrinkled (I'm surprised no one tripped). The food is average - the sirloin was sold out (on Valentines Day!). I ordered tiramisu for dessert an got white layer cake with coffee flavored icing and white chocolate, NOT tiramisu. Wine list is short. The bedside lamps have red glass bases, and when turned down the whole room has a red bordello vibe... weird. I was on the north side and the traffic was a little noisy but calmed down after 10pm. One barista behind the counter on Sunday morning, and the grab-go pastry was sold out by 8:30am. The hotel describes itself as a "boutique stay" but I def didn't get that feeling at all.
The hotel’s location was incredibly convenient—just steps from Tacoma Dome Station and a quick hop on the T-Line light rail (or about a one-mile walk). I was especially impressed by the stunning glass artwork displayed in the lobby and throughout the hotel. Each floor featured different glass artists, which gave the property a unique and creative atmosphere.
The hotel was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, and the rooms were just as comfortable and roomy. Check-in and check-out were both quick and seamless. There were also several great dining options within walking distance, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel to others!
Clean, bed was comfortable, and the lobby area and bar were nice.
There was no easy way to access the parking area from the hotel. The in-room heating system seemed unresponsive to the wall control. Parts of the interior were a bit worn. No coffee available in the afternoon and the in room coffee was not very good.
