If I had to pick a good place to commit suicide, this would be my second choice.
Pros:

I loved getting to smell "UW" burning coal fires to keep the gypsies warm! I opened one door and accidentally found myself in a labyrinth of decrepit tunnels devoid of anything worth continuing the experience of life. Does glass float?

Is that sculpture out front just a bunch of hoarded color for the apocalypse?
Pros:

It was nice to have a bathtub provided so that I could take one.

Cons:

The boat sculptures are shark-shatterable which makes them inherently seadisworthy.

Cons:

1. Our car got smashed (run into) within about an hour of parking. The staff barely had compassion about the situation. Left feeling very unsafe. Only compensation given was not charging us $30+tax for parking - which we were only there for about 2 hours as once the car was ruined we drove it back home (without the entire front bumper and front coverings).
2. Bedding smelled like sewage
3. Room smelled like weed throughout the night
4. Beds were small and super uncomfortable
5. No amenities
6. Dining closes at 10pm on Saturday, no room service

Great place to stay downtown Tacoma.
Pros:

Loved the art! The view was great. Room was quiet.

Cons:

Lovely hotel that is showing its age. However, signs indicate it’ll soon undergo a facelift. Didn’t realize at booking there is an additional charge for parking.
