Atlanta Marriott Northeast/Emory Area

I toured this fabulous location for an event I hope to host later this year. The DOS, Nicholl, Sales Manager, HR Manager, and Restaurant Chef are OUTSTANDING! More to come...as soon as I confirm the event. Just know my short-time with them has already been memorable! But let me share how impressed I was within the first 10 seconds with Connor at the Front Desk. His personable professionalism was mindblowing. He went above and beyond to give me suggestions for restaurants in the area and even provided his personal favorites to cater my experience for what I was searching for. Because of his suggestions I'll be hosting a Team-Building event AND a birthday party at one location!! Thanks Connor!!!! I can't wait until my entire group of 400 experiences you service!!!

Helen the hostess was awesome and helpful. Food definitely needs some work. Meats commonly overcooked and lacking in decent flavor, especially for the price. The homemade chips are an absolute and delicious save though! Honestly, when you stay here, you should just get appetizers and drinks, skipping the entrees entirely in my opinion. Would leave a lower score but Helen is definitely a 5 star employee

Matt was extremely helpful at check-in! We are here often for our son’s medical treatments and always have great service! The location is so convenient for my son’s treatment. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful, hotel is quiet and welcoming. My son loves going to the lounge for the desserts and for breakfast!

Loved the hotel for its location and cleanliness. We were there between a large national conference ending and the July 4th holiday. Matt, who checked us in, was extremely helpful in finding us a reasonably priced room and letting us check in early. We were undecided whether we would stay there or closer into Buckhead, and he made us want to stay there. We are so glad we did. A Starbucks with more options than a roadside one was open until 2. Dinner ranging from seafood pasta to ribs was fresh, tasty and plentiful. We could not eat it all. Helen, our server, gave us excellent food recommendations and conversed easily such that we felt like the most important people in the room.

Was checked in by a very helpful man at the front desk and enjoyed the room, until I found a bed bug crawling across the bed in the morning. The manager working, Latoya, was less than sympathetic and very unhelpful. This has been the standard hotel that my company uses when traveling to ATL and unfortunately we’re going to have to find a new one.

The restaurant had nice and quiet vibe. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent

We had a wonderful experience thanks to Matt at the front desk! From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely fun to talk to. He made the check-in process quick and easy while smoothly relaying all of the important information we needed for our stay. Thank you, Matt, for starting our trip off on such a positive note!

This is my 2nd time trying to submit this review which makes me question who removes the not so great reviews?
This was the 1st time I’ve ever stayed anywhere that had …how do we say this without my review getting removed…tiny black things that bit me from the mattress? They caused severe itching.

Staff is wonderful. Big shout out to CJ for going above and beyond to rescue my ring that became wedged in a drawer in my room! Thank you so much 🙏🏽

Matt was super attentive and went above and beyond during my stay. He made sure to fulfill all of our request and even went out of his way to generate a list of restaurants nearby to enjoy with my family. THANKS MATT!!!!!

Helen is the most amazing server I have ever experienced! You guys need to give her a raise! She was so sweet and informative about the menu! Absolutely made my dining experience 5 stars! Thank you Miss Helen! Yason made the best old fashion for me at the bar! He sure knows his craft! We always watch the basketball games together on the TV! Always my favorite place to come too when im in Atlanta!
