While breakfast options in both M Lounge and the regular breakfast area are somewhat limited, they do fulfill basic needs. It would be great to see some more variety in the future to enhance the overall experience.
To begin with, the elevator carpets exhibited visible dirt and stains, and the exterior glass of the elevator was also unclean, suggesting a lack of attention to detail. Furthermore, I observed a lack of uniformity in the attire of the hotel staff. While I could elaborate on additional concerns, I prefer to refrain from further criticism at this time.
If you are in search of a standard hotel experience, this option might suit your needs well. However, consider exploring other alternatives if you are looking for a more elevated stay.
The location for travel was great, the facility is beautiful
This place was very expensive, and the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in as far as traffic noise goes. It’s right on I 85, I mean, like 30 feet from my 85 and it was extremely noisy. I’m sure they could do something about soundproofing.
Enjoyed the lobby and restaurant. Room was clean and comfortable. Located right next to the interstate and close to businesses.
It would've nice if the pool was heated.
While staying at the Marriott we ate at the restaurant several times. The food was great and the service was amazing. Our server Helen took great care of us.
Helen was great at the stackstone restaurant! Food is phenomenal
I have traveled a lot for work and I have to say the restaurant inside this beautiful hotel is absolutely amazing!! Great food! Fantastic service especially from Helen.
Did not eat
The bathroom door wouldn't open and close easily and got stuck.
Location in proximity to where I was going was awesome
The room was next to the highway and the noise from traffic and vehicle was heard all night and made it hard to rest.
I had a wonderful dining experience at the in house restaurant. Our server Helen was incredibly hospitable — attentive, warm, and made the evening great. Thanks Helen!
I ate dinner most evenings at the restaurant in the hotel. My waitress, Helen, is phenomenal. Very prompt service. She is also kind and courteous. Being away from family while traveling for business is hard, but being treated well by Helen did make my solo dinners more enjoyable. No reason to leave the premises with professional staff, like Helen, working their tail’s off in the hotel restaurant.
I stayed here this week for a training class. All of the staff was so polite and beyond helpful. I can't quite recall the name of the gentleman that checked me in but he was very welcoming. Even when my check-in had a setback he was able to fix it right away. We had a nice conversation about my hometown, he was from nearby that was cool.
The lounge was amazing and served a wonderful breakfast every morning. Addis in the coffee shop was so sweet and made my cold brews in the morning perfectly! Lavita and the entire cleaning staff did a very thorough job everyday, my room always smelled so nice when I got back from work.
Helen in the restaurant was the absolute best. I appreciated her warm greetings and excellent customer service.
This was a very relaxing experience for a business trip and I'll definitely consider staying here with my family when we return for a vacation!
The customer service that Helen provided in the dining room is exceptional. Good service and good food.
To start off with the lady who checked me and Tracy, had a very bad attitude. I told her I did not want to give my phone number when she asked, and she immediately got an attitude and started mumbling under her breath and shaking her head at me. Very unprofessional. when I got to the room, the beds were the most disappointing thing in the entire hotel. They were very loaded the ground below my knee level and extremely uncomfortable. They were very hard. I definitely expected more from this hotel and I do not think I would recommend it to anyone.
The room was large and clean and the bed comfortable. However, this was offset by the negative aspects.
The hotel is very expensive. Breakfast was mediocre, more similar to a cheap American hotel breakfast than what could be expected at this price point. Weirdly, even though breakfast was included for me, I had to sign an 8 dollar invoice which was only brought out after I had already gotten food. It was clarified that this is not actually a charge, and it did not appear in my final invoice, but it was odd. My room faced several HVac structures, even though the hotel was not busy. The hotel also has a poor location, as you need a car to get any food outside the hotel. The hotel is taking advantage of this by selling 5 dollar small packs of chips and 8 dollar cup noodles. Lastly, they don‘t accept cash, which I think is an odd business practice for a hotel.
