Atlanta Marriott Northeast/Emory Area

I did not stay at the property but my client did. Some items were misplaced by FedEx and Angel, for days helped me. She searched all over the property to locate these important item. After they were found, Angel even coordinated the pickup and return of these items back to me. My client was extremely grateful and so was I. She really went above and beyond and took what was a very frustrating situation and turned it into an absolute pleasure.

Mareya and Yason were excellent and deserve a raise. The glasses were kept full and great times were had by all. The location was super!

My stay was very enjoyable the staff is amazing. Mareya is very nice and helpful. Yason is an amazing bar tender who remembered what I drank for 3 nights.

Love the employees here. Everyone at the front desk, the housekeeping, the coffee shop, the restaurant, the shuttle service . Everyone is so kind to me. I don't remember everyone's name but when I am there 3 times a year they greet and treat me like family.
I really enjoy my time teaching there at South College and staying at this hotel is really wonderful. There is Hilina, Simret, Jeff and so many others. I always forget the front desks ladys name. She is so kind. You know who you are. Great workers and people!

The towels are spotless! I never have to check them before using them. The sheets spotless.

The only negative is that as a teacher staying there for a while several times a year, I do wish that we had automatic access to the club room. It is hard to have to heat up my food in the microwave by the front desk. I would love to have a microwave in my room and access to hot water for tea. I appreciate the coffee shop and thank for opening that earlier now so the teachers can get something to eat and drink before teaching early sometimes before 7.

Everything was excellent, the facilities were clean and beautiful, the breakfast was good, and the room was comfortable and clean.

This is one of my favorite places to stay whenever I’m in the Atlanta area. The staff is always so friendly, and the convenience of having great food right at this location makes it even better. Mareya and Helen consistently go out of their way to make me feel welcome and put a smile on my face. The property is always clean, the atmosphere is welcoming, the food is great, and the location is so convenient - but most importantly, the staff is exceptional! Highly recommend!

Loved this hotel it was clean and modern , the breakfast was good & the staff were very helpful !! Was visiting from Florida would definitely return ! Love love love !!!
