Right off the highway & gorgeous on the inside
From the unpleasant person at check-in to the 2nd-floor room overlooking the lobby/bar to hearing the conversation of the guy in the room next door, to the dated room (3 lamps, all old, all different), this could not have been a worse experience. The sullen employee checking me in assured me they were full, negating any chance of a room on a higher floor (my friend, checking in next to me, scored the 8th floor despite having no Marriott status), and mumbled to the point I had to ask her to repeat almost everything she said. My company books Marriotts almost exclusively, but we are considering Hyatt, and based on this experience, I'll definitely recommend the switch.
I would NEVER stay at this property again.
The location.
The AC didn’t work and no room exchanged was offered when talk to the clerk.
I loved the restaurant area with the bar and the heated inside/outside pool
There was a bug on the wall and the lamp on the night stand had a hole in it and was stained. Very very noisy all afternoon and all night. Doors banging shut every 5 minutes all day and night other guests being super loud. The staff at the front desk were very rude and seemed irritated when you asked them a question. No phone signal and the WiFi was going in and out so I could not get any of my work done. Horrible experience and not worth the price they are charging. Over priced and had to pay for daily parking.

TJ in the bar saved the day(s) for us and the hotel is lucky to have her given the rest of the confusion! Good job TJ, the glue that keeps things together!
I like the fact that they had clean rooms and the hotel was very clean. Enjoyed a nice diner at the restaurant and the bar tinder was awesome. Either BJ or TJ was her name. Can't remember. You singed in the tvs per her own account for the March Madness do to the Hotel not wanting to put it up. That made happy customers.
I didnt like the fact that I saw a price and made the purchase at the property when I arrived. The amount I booked for was less than when it was ran. Looked back at it and it was booked with tax fees and everything included. It was not worth my time when leaving to talk to the person at the desk as he had an attitude when I asked didnt I purchase breakfast.
