A mother and daughter special Valentine’s weekend was a bad experience here.
Pros:

The location was nice and even though I had several issues with the two rooms I was placed in, maintenance was kind and both Managers; Brandon and Mrs. Morales were nice.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the refrigerator had food left in it and the bathroom had hair in the sink and the counter was gritty. The heat was not working in the room and it was cold. We checked out earlier than planned.

The hotel was clean and staff helpful. The room was spacious. The room interior looked to be updated recently with rug and painting.

I highly recommend this location to all of my fellow travelers!
Pros:

The front desk personnel took my concern related to the working order of my television to manager. She promised to provide a resolution that evening and she did exactly what she had promised. The manager, Saysi, did an incredible job of resolving my issue with the television in my room. She handled it with the utmost professionalism. Given the extent of my travel related to my work, I can say that it is rare to find a leader who takes your concern seriously and then takes proper steps to ensure resolution. I appreciate her for that, and I will certainly be returning to this location!

The airport shuttle needs some refining. We had 8 of us downstairs to wait for the shuttle, with only 2 people there ahead of us. We were all staged by the door waiting for the shuttle. As soon as it was pulling up, a large group gets out of the elevator and proceeds to start getting in the shuttle. 2 of our group got left and if it wasn't for the driver rushing to make another trip, we may have missed our flight. The same chaos happened on shuttle from the airport. There needs to be some sort of 1st come first serve system because the honor system sure isn't working. I know it would be hard at the airport, but definitely doable at the hotel.

Man kommt her um eine Nacht vor der Weiterreise zu verbringen. Dafür ok.

Nähe zum Flughafen. Bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Es war sehr laut auf dem Flur. Um 3 h morgens starteten die LKWs der nahegelegenen Firma. Fluglärm die ganze Nacht. Scheint kein Nachtflugverbot zu geben. Das Ist ssen im Restaurant war für europäische Menschen ungenießbar.
