I only like that the hotel is right at the beach thats it
The wife i room 249 was so bad .
The tv was terrible

The got confused with payment and the make it as 2 charges
Some of the waitress was so rude to my dad even though we stand in line and they set us up he didnt provide what my dad need and he asked him multiple times for spone or drink in the end we got very upset and we i asked him you ur doing this the waitr answer us ( you guys didnt wait in line ) wtf we did wait in line and we got the seat by the girls at the entrancr

Outdated facilities, staff very rude, we got stuck in the elevator for over 30 minutes, called the property several times and no answer, had to bang on the door and scream for help until another guest heard us and they looked for help, maintenance guys didn’t know how to open the elevator, took them an additional 15 minutes to get us out,my wife and two daughters were in there with me
Location was good. Staff were great minus the front desk staff. The kept charging us extra because they made mistakes. It was an all-inclusive, which we ended up eating out for every meal because the food was not good. There was only one beer option. No light beer or Diet Pop. I would have drank anything Light, but that wasn’t even an option, so I had water the entire time from the hotel. We shouldn’t have to go out every meal because the food was bad. I also shouldn’t have to be going to the store to buy Diet Coke. We went to Walmart to buy snacks because their “Snack Bar” consisted of old chips with nasty orange nacho cheese.
No fridge in room. Asked if we could not do all-inclusive on the first day as we could tell we wouldn’t be eating the food. They said No.

No es que no me haya gustado pero siento que al entrar al buffet deben de brindar información sobre que comidas hay para poder ubicarlas.
Location on the beach. Great beach walking. Location close enough to walk to the Malecon. A quiet pool option in addition to the activity pool. The trees and grass setting around the adult pool area. The low-rise layout of the buildings.
Air conditioner in our room was extremely noisy. No way we could run it at night because it would be impossible to sleep. Sliding glass door to balcony did not lock. Check-in staff seemed unfriendly at check-in and check out.
La vista es excelente, buen sabor de la comida
Batalle algo para reservar la cena de especialidad y este no esta muy sobresaliente. El personal de las membresias hostiga mucho y a diario.
La atención del personal es muy bueno , a excepción de algunos que están en el front desk , la comida es muy buena ..Solo que le falta a las habitaciones una buena remodelada .

Que la entrada es después de las 2 de la tarde y para cuando salgas a la playa e intalaciones ya se consumió y día de los 4 de estadía. Y QUE MOLESTOS LAS INSISTENTES INVITACIONES A LA SALIDA ANTES DE LAS 11 DE LA MAÑANA, son excesiva, una llamada por teléfono, un papelito en Ka puerta y el recordatorio constante, entonces mís 4 días se convirtieron en 2 entrando tarde y saliendo apenas se puede disfrutar el sol, total 3 noches pagada y dos días completos.
