Outdated hotel
Pros:

I have never stayed at a hotel where the bathroom toilet look like a toilet seat of a gas station bathroom. I also was unable to close my door from the outside without using my room key. I asked to be moved to another room and was told that they would not be able to move me. A kind maintenance worker overheard my conversation and came and replaced my toilet seat. This did not change the fact that I was not comfortable taking a shower or sitting on the toilet during my stay. I asked to be compensated or discounted for this stay and was told by the front desk person they were unable to do anything and they would have a manager look into it. I never heard from anybody regarding this.

Love it!!!
Pros:

My husband and I have been married for over 10, and have celebrated Valentine’s every year. This year was much more than a special event! We loved the experience, and enjoyment at the El Paso Marriott quality services, entertainment with jazz musically magic, with a local artist Billy Towns! We could not ask for anything better! Highly recommend!

Pros:

The had dinner at the Great room, the service was great. We had the 5 course meal and it was amazing, they had a Jaz musician that made the atmosphere really nice.

Awesome stay
Pros:

Marriott El Paso has been a very pleasurable place to stay. It has been my home for about 30 days and I would not stay anywhere else when visiting El Paso. Stephany the service manager is awesome, she will make sure that all of your needs are accommodated. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed by far.

Avoid This Hotel
Pros:

Please avoid this hotel! When we checked in after traveling across country all day, I wanted to take a nap. I was very surprised to find that the bed sheets were wet. This was concerning but fixable. Unfortunately, an extremely unprofessional woman named Stephanie was rude and unhelpful and made the situation far worse by making excuses and gaslighting rather than simply helping to make the situation better. I stay almost exclusively at Marriotts and usually have great experiences. However, Stephanie is a poor representative of the brand. Don’t risk staying here. Unless you’re into wet sheets and poor service. Oh, and the heat and TV in our room didn’t work.
