Disappointing and a bit misleading but they do have good rooms at times
Pros:

It was only a few minutes away from MetLife and American dream and they have a Starbucks in the lobby

Cons:

We had to switch rooms because the rooms advertised were not the same as well as the room was not clean, and the bathroom looked like it was falling apart.

Overall, I was there for a conference onsite so it was convenient and staff are lovely.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and it was quiet but the walls are thin and I could hear someone speaking in front of my room on their cell phone really early in the morning.

Cons:

The shower was dingy and there was mold everywhere. There was hair in the tub when I checked in and the toilet drained very slowly. It also smelled a little like sewage in the room. I also did not enjoy the temperature in my room despite my efforts to play with the thermostat. A little updating would really help as I was told I was upgraded and I travel quite a bit, this room was not comparable to other places I have stayed.

Overall not bad. If they fix the air we could stay again.
Pros:

The location was fantastic. Super easy check in & checkout processes.

Cons:

I dislike having to pay for parking if we’re booking a room a parking pass should come with it. There was NO AIR in the room and two more people in separate rooms said the same thing. The rooms were extremely hot. Ours got up to 86 degrees we had to open the fridge for relief because the windows didn’t open.
