The hotel looks good but service not great. Price is too high for the facilities and service.

Bed is ok.

Cons:

The noise existed whole time. It was so cold when we got in the room. I turned heat up but didn’t work so well. There was a stain on the comforter. I tried to call room service and guest service. But the phone didn’t work. So I went down from 20th floor to tell people I need a replacement for the comforter and went back room to wait. Nothing happened over half an hour so I went down again. This time I wait there until the guy took the comforters to me.
I was told by the lady that you can dial a number which on the key holder back to front desk when I checked out.But nobody mentioned it when I checked in.

Did not stay the night because the place was terrible.

The place is a mis advertised dump.

Cons:

The place was empty. The room smelled musky. The TV channels did not work. Even after being told the tv would be addressed by maintenance, we returned to our room after the event to find the same error message across the tv. The air conditioning unit in our room sounded like it was headed down a run way for take off. We gathered our belongings and decided not to stay the night and drive home. I am very disappointed at this hotel as it was advertised as a four star hotel that had just recently been updated. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

front desk team was very helpful and location is superb for MetLife events. shuttle service was excellent

Cons:

walls are paper thin, you can hear a pin drop in adjacent rooms, and it looked like the property was still under renovation (restaurant service was poor, no espresso machine in any of the bars/restaurants at the hotel)

Cons:

Restaurant indigne d'un hôtel à ce prix. Attente interminable (malgré l'effort des pauvres serveurs, débordés), qualité médiocre. Certaines zones de l'hôtel étaient en chantier. Proposition de navette au stade à un prix exhorbitant.
