Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Good location. Awesome breakfast and friendly staff.

Cons:

I don't like dealing with machines all the time. I am not fan of self-service kiosks everywhere.
Light on the ground (motion sensor) and light flashing from AC control unit on the wall are annoying.

The hotel charged me twiced, despite I had reservation confirmed and money had already been deducted from CC before arrival; the hotel charged me again during check-out.
Solution is underway, but with their standard, I found unbelievable that it was me who had to prove the double charge.

Pros:

I liked the close proximity to shops and main attractions like circular quay.
We also enjoyed room service, the burgers were very delicious and the gym facilities.

Cons:

Disappointing.
Pros:

Loved the location, close to the Opera House and metro station; that's why it was booked. Welcoming staff, especially Fayeed.

Cons:

Shower over bath, different to photo on Booking.com. Felt like we were given an inferior room as it was not booked directly. Insufficient hangers. Curiously, not all free to air TV stations available eg ABC24, given what was happening in Iran.

Romm not ready at check in time of 2pm. Had to wait until 3pm before we were given key and then only after I conplained at the desk.

Great Stay
Pros:

We stayed 4 nights and had a great stay. The bars were good and prices not unreasonable for a classy hotel.
Circular Quay, the Rocks and Opera House were all within easy walking distance.
The rooms were beautifully decorated if not a little on the small side.

Great location, super hotel.
Pros:

Super hotel in an excellent location very close to Circular Quay. Extremely comfortable bed and well equipped bathroom. Staff went above and beyond to ensure your stay was perfect. Breakfast tasty and plentiful.

Pillows have a foul odour
Pros:

Good location and pleasant staff and checkin. Only problem was the pillows that had a really foul odour in both booked rooms on both days. It spoilt the overall stay a little.
