Great accommodation and a beautiful stay. Being treated as the guest of the day was an added bonus.
Pros:

Great location and easy access via the Metro.
The room was very comfortable and there was a lot of choice at the buffet breakfast.
We also were also advised that we were the guest of the day which was a great and were treated very well.

Pros:

Staff and location were great. It has clearly just been renovated so it is super comfortable and modern. It was great value for money compared to other options we looked at of a similar standard.

Cons:

Nothing really. The bathroom is quite small but that is a feature of maintaining the heritage of the property.

Wonderful place to stay and enjoy all Sydney has to offer.

Excellent
Pros:

Comfortable beds, Amazing staff and facilities. The gym and recovery centre are incredible for a hotel.
It was a really nice trip.

Only slight issue was casting to the TV wasn't working often so I'd suggest taking a HDMI cable if you go just in case. I have this problem everywhere I go though and usually have a HDMI for this purpose.

Poor experience for business travel
Pros:

Location is good

Cons:

I was given an accessible room for a business trip. Completely unsuitable. No desk or bench space, bathroom was more like a hostel than a high end brand hotel.
Uncomfortable bed, thin walls, noisy fridge, toilet running all night. Couldn’t wait to get out of there and I will not be back

Pros:

The check in was nice and quick and the staff were very friendly.
The facilities were clean and I loved the aesthetics.

Cons:

The room and was quite small and the entry into the toilet opened outwards so it was a little to cramped up for me.

Very pleasant stay in a comfortable elevated and very well located hotel.
Pros:

The bed was VERY comfortable and the Concierge were very helpful with all my requests. All bar areas had a delightful relaxed ambiance.

We were pleasantly impressed with the luxurious style and comfort of the hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was superb. Choices available were very good. Location of hotel was excellent allowing us to easily meet up with our friends and enjoy the surroundings. Husband loved the Gym.

Beautiful hotel. Good location. Awesome breakfast and friendly staff.

Cons:

I don't like dealing with machines all the time. I am not fan of self-service kiosks everywhere.
Light on the ground (motion sensor) and light flashing from AC control unit on the wall are annoying.

The hotel charged me twiced, despite I had reservation confirmed and money had already been deducted from CC before arrival; the hotel charged me again during check-out.
Solution is underway, but with their standard, I found unbelievable that it was me who had to prove the double charge.
