Pros:

We arrived at 9am from getting off our cruise ship and they were so kind to get us into our room early at noon. Our bags were in our room when we got to our room at noon. Staff is exceptional.

Recepcionista parca y las instalaciones con poca presencia y austeraDesayuno desordenado, atención lenta y burocrática. El café solo lo pueden entregar los empleados y esto es lento , desordenado, circunstancia que afecta todo el servicio. Solicite huevos y se demoraron 30 minutos. Al llegar había una cola de cliente con espera de más de 7 minutos.
Estimo que este hotel desprestigia la marca.

Perfect weekend in Sydney.
Pros:

The hotel was within walking distance to transportation, Circular Quay and shopping. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I also loved the shower and amenities, I felt like I was at a SPA! Every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful.

Went to the restaurant for breakfast (brunch really).
First of all, the staff asked for a card to get the Accor discount (I wasn't aware there was one),I pointed out that the details were already in the system (i.e. it had been noted at check in), and was told that I'd have to tell them on check out (I didn't - it was already on the bill). So a hassle for a benefit I didn't know existed.

Then there was the breakfast - if you're going to take 25 minutes to make an omelette (and to be fair, we were warned that they were busy), it is a bit rude to start packing up when we were still eating.

Pretty and comfortable place, but there are some issues with the mould, smells, sound and the weird bathroom door
Pros:

Convenience to where I wanted to go for my event, comfortable bed.

Cons:

There was mould in the shower, the toilet sounded like a wheezing old man when it flushed and there was no fan in the bathroom to stop smells. Also we could hear people in the room next to us through closed doors.
