Terrible
Pros:

The entry light goes on and off all night…even with one person and zero movement….bright ceiling lights woke me up all night long!!!!

Bright ceiling lights on and off all night, no hot water and very low water pressure in the shower

Nice food, good staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was really good, room was good and spacious, value was good.

Cons:

I didn't like the location that much as it is said to be Newport Beach West, which it is but it is a bit misleading as it takes still 20+ minutes drive to get to newport beach itself.
