Staff was the sweetest 💕

Affordable and nice at the same time.. They have good coffee and apple juice... wish it was available all day, actually. Lol.

Cons:

Lamps were missing 2 bulbs. It wasn't really a problem as we had enough light. Eventually we forgot about the bulbs a few hours later.

Charged deposit for ESA pet every night we stayed. Which is ridiculous considering we didn’t even switch rooms. They have a perfect scam going on to collect extra money.

Pros:

I stay on this hotel for one night I saw online beautiful picture for the money I was driving for 24 non stop super tired and I make reservations on Expedia .com I make it to the hotel around midnight when I when to the room the appliance don’t work and in the roof has resent leaking and look like the roof is going to falling and the carpet stains everywhere omg don’t go to this place and the breakfast only bread and cornflakes no good

Nothing! I'm a do not return because I was doing my job and put positive and negative reviews on here. Negative reviews was to benefit this company to correct and fix things that needed done for improvement.

When asked why I was returning that because once again I was doing my job. Office staff told a woman when she complained of dead roaches that the rooms was going to be sprayed again. The lady told her there was no live ones which was false I took pictures of live roaches on each of my visits office last told the woman they don't like to give refunds cause the owner gets mad and they got to explain why.

Be prepared if you say anything bad about this company they will do not return you.

Booked for 2 nights no call of not allowed to return so went there thinking staying again front desk lady handled the situation poorly telling me because of bad reviews her boss told her.

My review and job is done.

Cons:

Poorly managed and discriminated me with a do not return due to the positive and bad reviews but that's my line of work.
