The location was perfect
The full size bed
Location, Starbucks, Cart with man serving drinks and food inside hotel, that it’s connected to Beignet place which also serves food!
Actually no complaints.
The bed was very uncomfortable and at a certain temperature the air conditioning blows air that is more like a fan.
Being able to check out and go home!
I recently stayed here and the experience did not meet my expectations at all! I’ve stayed at Marriott hotels in the past and I’ve never had this experience. I was blown away by this one in particular & NOT IN A GOOD WAY! The property itself was very outdated and could use a serious renovation! From the room amenities to the overall appearance of the hotel. For the price, I expected a more modern and well-maintained experience. My sisters and I were not helped with our luggage and we had to wait 2 hours for extra towels in our room. The valet service was also extremely unorganized. There was a lot of confusion when dropping off and retrieving vehicles, very long wait times, and little communication from staff, which made the process unnecessarily stressful. On top of that, both check-in and check-out were frustrating experiences. There were so many hidden fees. They tried charging me $186 for parking stating that I parked two vehicles when I only stayed one night & parked one vehicle. Overall, the stay was disappointing and lacked the level of comfort I typically expect from a Marriott property!
Great location. Friendly staff.
Love the location. Very nice hotel with good amenities.
Centrally located and situated well
Nothing
The staff went out of their way to make our mother-daughter trip special.
We had a group of 10 people, 6 people showed up on time, the other 4 people were delayed by one day because of air disruption. I was there at that time and went to the desk to tell them that the other two couples were coming the next day and to make sure the rooms were being held. It was prepaid through booking.com.
When the two couples came there was no rooms held and they had to pay again for one night even though they paid for 2 nights. The hotel blames booking.com and in fact it was the hotel that cancelled. Spoke to the manager Emma three times and nothing was ever done about it. Terrible customer service and would never stay there again.
Location
Some staff wasn’t friendly
The beds were supposed to be a queen and a little small the room view was excellent
Everything was for sale no complementary coffee or drinks in the lobby
I think the group I traveled with they like hotels more with a complementary style breakfast so that was a complaint of theirs overall, it’s a Sheridan state in Sheridan before they’re up and down not very consistent with service but overall it’s a good trip. We’ll be back again next year don’t know if we’ll be staying at the Sheraton next year, but we will be back to New Orleans next year.
I think I answered everything in the previous question you can view that question if you have any answers that you may need
