Best Western Plus Heritage Rail Inn & Suites

The staff was amazing. The hotel was completely booked and yet all accommodations were on point. Breakfast was great as well

Had to ask for new room due to the noise level next to the elevator. Boys will be boys.

Loved the fact that there was a full bar available. This was a pleasant surprise. Also, very close to some great eating establishments and conveniently located right off the highway.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. My only complaint was the shower diverter valve which didn’t divert proprtly resulting in a weak shower. Apparently this problem is recognized by the hotel be cause on another stay in a different room the valve worked properly.

I had staid at this location a couple of days ago and it was excellent but this time the fixtures in the bath were pretty old and did not work as well as the earlier room. Maybe there’s a rolling upgrade going on. Otherwise the place was great.

Nice place until I had to shower. It had an issue with draining in the tub.
Breakfast was good and lots of options. My son happy he got to work out in fitness center at night.

Lovely staff and easy check in. Room was clean and they were courteous to close the hall doors to lobby so it was quiet at night.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. The shower diverter valve was very modern and provided four different shower options. Unfortunately I don’t think the hotel had enough water pressure to do anything other than a normal shower.

But the rest of the hotel more than made up for that minor issue. I would come back without hesitation.

It was a very clean, friendly, comfortable place to stay for the long weekend! Breakfast in the morning was wonderful lots of different options and choices.

Excellent overall, breakfast food choices were good, staff friendly and helpful. Overall cleanliness was good except room floor was a bit dirty but I always wear socks that show.

I had a great experience. I especially like that they have a bar so you can get a night cap before bed.

Took my family on vacation and this was a great stay good customer service very pleasant and helpful beds was very comfortable and my daughter loved the pool I will stay there again

The hotel was really nice and not dated at all. As soon as you walk into the hotel it smells so nice. The rooms was comfortable and clean and our room had the nicest shower head I have ever seen and the pool was very nice. The best part was the staff. Extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but would be nice to have decaf coffee available. Only reason I can't give them 5 stars is because on the day we left my daughter found a German roach in her room which was so disappointing since we had such a nice stay and those are the worst ones to find.
