We felt dismissed. I hope they have someone look at the bathroom and fix it for the next person.

Location for us was good.

Cons:

We called ahead because we got to town earlier than expected. We were told the room would be ready by noon if we wanted to check in then, so we moved our plans around. When we arrived on site, we were told no one called them directly and the rooms would not be ready until 4 pm. We were on a tight schedule, so we returned at 4 pm and ran our luggage to the room. At 9:30 pm when we returned for the night our daughter found what appears to be black mold all around the bathroom ceiling. It was too late and we were exhausted, so we shut that door and went to bed. The next morning, we showed pictures to the attendant at checkout and expressed our concerns he did not respond and seemed annoyed.

Pros:

Requested an email receipt when I checked out on Tuesday morning and it has not been received yet. The television was on analog and I was unable to use it. The screen was snowy.

Cons:

The bar was very rowdy when I arrived Monday evening about 8 o’clock and I felt uncomfortable with the characters in the bar.

Pros:

Good location with clean well-designed room. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

It took 2 1/2 hours to get room items repaired —the A/C system would not turn off fan so sleeping like wind tunnel. Undisclosed construction on floor. Lightbulb out. $100 deposit for incidentals but required cash/cc for incidentals. Refused room change for 2 hours.

The rooms definitely need updated and repairs completed. A light was out in the bathroom. Trim in the room need repaired or replaced. Alot of cosmetic repairs needed.

The lobby was really nice so I was surprised with the room.
