Pros:

I really appreciated the friendliness of the shuttle driver. This was on April 4th to the airport.

Cons:

Front desk staff seemed indifferent. No mean but also not friendly.

Great place for an overnight stay.
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were friendly. We ate at the restaurant and the food was very good and service was excellent.

No pudimos pagar en efectivo.
Pros:

Al llegar, la habitación estaba impecable, buena ubicación, contaba con servicio de transporte.

Cons:

No se realizó aseo durante el tiempo que estuvimos en el hotel. Poca iluminación. Consultamos al menos tres veces a las/os recepcionistas si se podía pagar en efectivo -cuando hiciéramos el check out- y nos dijeron que si se podía, pero al final de la estadía no nos permitieron pagar en efectivo. La cafetera estaba en mal estado, le faltaba una pieza para el café, nos la cambiaron por un hervidor.

Pros:

The breakfast was great..good selection of everything. There is everything from cereal, to sausages to baked beans! Great way to start the day. The restaurant has really great food too! Nice way to start and end a trip

Cons:

Nothing, everything was good! We have stayed at this hotel quite a few times and we have always been satisfied. The location close to the airport is perfect! 10 minutes and you are there..the shuttle runs every 20 minutes I think, so no worry about missing a flight.

Pros:

Good value, friendly and professional staff at check in.

Cons:

The restaurant service for dinner was horrible, only one server on duty, clearly overwhelmed and could not keep up, unfortunately this shows very poor management. Waited over an hour for our food, felt bad for the server.

Pros:

Perfect hotel for a short night before a flight. We used the shuttle service which was Perfect to reach airport at 5:00 in the morning, as well as to get back to the hotel after returning the rental car. Hotel staff was courteous. The room was great as each kid could have their own bed/sofa bed. Recommended.

Nothing specific. All went well.

Overall good but pullout is garbage.
Pros:

The staff was excellent. Friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was outstanding for the price value and everything we needed. Location to the airport was fantastic and the shuttle just a quick drive (on time and friendly).

Cons:

The pullout couch was horrendous. Very well used. You could feel every spring and unfortunately the Hotel wasn't able to provide us with an extra cover nor extra padding. I tried to get a few blankets to help with it but only got one delivered.
