When it came time to pay the staff, things got complicated, and the deposit took a long time to be returned. I've been using the app for many years and this has never happened to me before.

Pros:

Clean, convenient location, great for an airport hotel. The Spanish shuttle driver was super friendly and we had a great conversation with him!
