comfortable and as expected
Pros:

breakfast was good however some things werent available, the airport shuttle bus was very useful. the spanish driver (claudio? cant quite remember his name) was extremley helpful and gave me lots of information about calgary history and i had a comfortable quick ride to and from my flight.

Cons:

some parts of the room were not completely clean- the tea packets in the bedroom were open and hadnt been replaced with new ones. the toilet roll was not a fresh one and was used slightly.

Good airport hotel
Pros:

Very adequate airport hotel. It was nice to not be in super busy downtown but still have it accessible to reach the stampede. In a pretty quiet area. You don’t actually see the airport

Pros:

Nice hotel close to airport. Easy to book shuttle in the morning. Large,spacious rooms. Nice bar and restaurant on site.

Great place to stay with zero customer service experience staff.
Pros:

Nice and clean property at convenient location for those who are travelling.

Cons:

Staff at the front desk doesn’t know the words “please” and “thank you” at all. Never during the check in and check out process I heard those words at all.

Simply the BEST!
Pros:

Eric, Claudiv, Ivan, Ram and Nilam were amazing! Starting from when we were picked up from the airport late evening by Eric , to checking us in by Nilam, being greeted with SMILE for breakfast by Ivan and providing us personal attention! Claudiv providing us a quick shuttle to airport and checking out with Ram! Looking forward to our next upcoming stay on July 11t with the "five star" Hyatt Team! Thank you for everything!
