This place worked out very well for us.
Pros:

Our apartments/rooms were spacious and very clean. We appreciated having the kitchenette so that we could make breakfast. The location is close to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn, as well as to the neighborhood of the family we were visiting. This place worked out very well for us. One tip for when arriving: the entrance to the reception office doesn’t face the main street.

A great location for the Messe
Pros:

The owner was very helpful and accommodating during my stay. I did have one problem accessing my room and they immediately resolved the issue.

Cons:

The cost for the room was high, and my stay was during the busiest event of the year so I can understand the elevated rate.

Comfortable beds, excellent updated bathroom and shower, blackout shutters on the windows to make for very comfortable sleeping, no noise from the street, and friendly staff

The pension is nicely located and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The three flights of stairs I had to climb to my room. The annoying motion detector for the overhead lights in the bathroom. It does not react to motion in all areas of the bathroom, so the lights went out while I was in the shower and I had to finish in the dark, since I didn't want to come out dripping wet to get the motion detector to turn the lights back on. Whatever happened to the good old light switch? Sometimes modern technology is a pain in the .....

The Perfect Stay in Munich
Pros:

This apartment has everything going for it. From the start a lovely, helpful lady on reception. The room was immaculate. It had everything you could need. Location was perfect for Messe München, and Roberto Beach (man made beach) and sporting facility. Short walk (7 mins) to train station takes you into Munich City centre (Marienplatz) which is only about a 15min ride away.
