The room was good but the check in and check out process was horrible. For check in the woman couldn’t find my reservation (in her email inbox ??) and almost didn’t let me check in because she didn’t know what Hotels.com was.

Upon check out (at 6am), the front door of the hotel was locked!! Such a huge safety issue. Nobody was at the front desk, so I pounded on the door for over 10 minutes until a security guard finally came to open it. So dangerous that all the building exit doors were locked - what if there was a fire??? I checked all the other exits and they couldn’t be opened.

We selected the hotel due to its near proximity to the airport. We got there early and we were allowed to access our room early which was great. The room was nice and fresh smelling, shower small but sufficient. Walls were grimy they should ensure that fingerprints and splashes are wiped up. Toilet leaked onto the floor. We told the receptionist about the leak he said he would send someone up but he didn’t. Cockroach in bathroom this morning made us not want to shower so we didn’t. In addition, the street noise is the loudest we have had to encounter while travelling through India this past few weeks, we were hardly able to get any sleep.

There wasn't much of a welcome from staff who did not smile or speak much English. I was given a room which smelled strongly of urine and requested to be moved, which they accomodated. The second room looked out onto an outdoor garbage heap and the bathroom floor was covered in slime. I was only there until my late night flight and the bed was comfortable for a nap but I would not feel comfortable to stay longer.

We booked this hotel for a couple of nights based on the reviews we saw. We ended up leaving after one night. The place was dirty, the walls grimey and the restaurant food was terrible. The hotel is out of the way and it is not the nicest area to walk around in. Staff have poor english. This hotel doesnot cater well to tourists. Most of the guests appeared to be from within the country.

Very good hotel to stay. Room was clean. Good service in all aspect including hot water & food availability. Staff was excellent in extending service and professional. Wifi was good till the time it was working. Service provided had issue so was not able to work for a day. Suggestion to Mgt to get secondary net service provider as backup so customer should not get impacted for connectivity issue. Rest all was excellent. Highly recommended to stay if you are looking for nearby Jaipur airport.

Room was well furnished and large enough for a couples stay. Room is not conjested with things and everything was neatly arranged. Good amenities like cupboard, hangers, table, fan, AC and almost every needed things were avaialable. Staff were helpful and friendly, with prompt response.

Descent property neat and clean. The door latches don't work.

It was an average stay. If you look at the prices the accommodation offered is very basic. If you can book in advance, you may get the good 4 star property in this price in Jaipur.Rooms were basic, with very less luggage place. Location is in the city but approach road is through a village.

One of the apartment is converted into dinning area where breakfast is served. Again do no expect much over there, one heavy meal like paratha or puri and one light meal like poha or upma is served. Again value of money is not there as if you book in a hotel, you will get the elaborate buffet in this price.

Overall service was good however, property includes the residents as well in the same property and some promotional groups so security can be an issue especially staff can ask you to share the apartment which is very uncomfortable. No lockers or even no wardrobes in the room so be careful about your expensive belongings.

No Bisleri bottles kept in Rooms.
RO water given complimentary after repeated reminders which was still hard water.
Very limited breakfast items variety.
Only after persistent follow up bread butter was added in our breakfast options.
No buffet options which may be due to very limited space in cafeteria.
But they can use rooftop restaurant space in mornings for buffet breakfast.
Exclusive bath fittings used but they rarely work smoothly.
Small but important suggestions: fit some latches in rooms and bathrooms, tower bolts on door tops are not reachable by all people..
Very bad experience overall. No manager available to deal with the issues of customers. Wouldnt recommend a stay here..

Great place to stay. I would come back again. Very friendly staff. Cooperative and flexible

Pros:
1. New Property
2. Near to Airport
3. 13 Floors gives u a great view
4. Apartments(1,2,3 Bhk) available in separate Listing
5. Gud Staff
6. Router in each Apartment-Very good Wifi ( 4Mbps i got)

Cons:
1. Outside Food is not allowed
which is a worst for a foodie like me, we are forced to end up with their menu only.

2. Kitchens are non working

-5 minutes drive away from airport (Google location is perfect)
-Rooms are new and well equipped
-Lifts are working
-Food is bit costly, but yummy
-Hastle free check in during night hours
-Hygiene is maintained
-If you are in a group, don't expect you will get all rooms close by... But they have 3bhk apartments at an extra cost..

Overall we had a nice family stay for 2 nights with kids... Will recommend reviewers to book it without a second thought (just keep it in mind that it's 7-8 kms away from city, but if you have vehicle it's easy to travel)

Pro:
1. Location is very close to Jaipur Airport, so very convenient for late check in.
2. We ordered our food over the way from airport and it was ready by the time we arrived.
3. Size of the room was quite suitable for a couple.
4. Private Dining area is just outside the room which is very convenient.

Cons:
1. There was a baby cockroach in flask available in the room. On bringing it to notice of the staff, there was no reaction or action on his end.
2. Bucket for bathroom provided in our room was unwashed (photo attached).
3. Lighting in corridor were not working, maybe sensor driven lights could be installed.
4. It would be advisable for the hotel management to work more towards better cleanliness of glass ware kept and bedsheets as well.

Pros: The major plus point is it's hardly 5 minutes away from Jaipur Airport and its a newly constructed property. So the rooms are clean. Interior is elegant. Their service is prompt. Complimentary breakfast is also nice. 2BHK & 3BHK flats are available. Still the privacy is maintained. So if you are a family and you inform prior they can accommodate you in one flat. Its hardly 20 mins away from city and major attractions. Overall homely stay.

Cons : As still some construction work is going on so lift is not working. Hence for elderly people its little difficult to climb upstairs. But hopefully it wl start soon.

Hotel location was not so good.......but room was so good ... Room was clean nd services also so good....... I loved to visit again in this hotel ....i love to visit again in this hotel......

Yesterday i was stay in this property with my friend . My booking was QYGW5729 . We really liked the place. Good ambience. Good service.Good food. Reasonable price. Had a great time. It is a good place to visit along with your families and friends.I am definitely gonna suggest this place to all my near and dear ones. Rooms were neat and clean. Fully furnished rooms.A must visit place. It was Feeling like luxury property's as compare 4star hotels ....

This is my best hotel from those i stayed in Jaipur. Hotel rooms were top notch of luxury and with all amenities such as Split AC and all. Staffs of this hotel was polite in behaviour and was always ready to help me. I will try to visit this hotel for my upcoming stay.

it's a great and wonderfull services with this newly constructed property. Lining up for taxi and all other arrangments are really great. Rich experience.
One of great advantage of tghis hotel that it's just 1.9km from Jaipur International Airport means to say just 5 minute away from tha jaipu airport.

Luxury Rooms in Reasonable Rates & Excellent Service. It's 5 mins drive from Jaipur International Airport. It's a newly constructed service apartment. I must say it's the best service apartment in jaipur to stay.
