Loved it, will come back again
Pros:

The staff was extremely professional, proactive, kind and accommodating. Rooms with the view over park make massive difference. I was extremely impressed with the hotel overall. Location is great too.

Beautiful, well-appointed room with attentive staff in a great location.
Pros:

Beautiful view, well-appointed and clean room. Staff were attentive. Breakfast was lovely with lots of healthy options. Location was exceptional.

Cons:

The walls were thin, so you could hear conversations in the room next door.

Pros:

View of Hyde Park was fantastic and a short dash to Kensington Palace.
Pros:

They are charging us twice! A bill of $3000.00 appeared a week after we checked out! Currently discussing with them., ridiculous! As well as disappointing! So beware!!! when you come and see us here considering yourself warned!

Cons:

There was no American breakfast selections at the buffet !
You are judged by the doorman as you dress. ( he never opened the car door for me.) Drive up twice as well as departed via car!

Wonderful celebration of my birthday and our anniversary.
Pros:

Beautiful location next to the park with great restaurants and activities nearby. Loved walking around London and the comfort and staff were outstanding. Further, the Chinese restaurant was awesome.

Cons:

The layout of the room with the closets so close to the bed were a little off putting.
