Pros:

Cons:

Only 2 English breakfast tea bags… need 4!!
Duvet was much too thick for time of year - even with air con on.

Delightful stay , great location - highly recommended .
Pros:

Location was excellent close to everything. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room clean and well equipped with lovely view. Brilliant Chinese restaurant .

The location by the hyde park and the high street

Cons:

Having stayed at this hotel many times before, I am disappointed to report that the service and professionalism of the staff have noticeably declined.

On the positive side, I deeply appreciated being granted an early check-in for this stay. However, the housekeeping standards were incredibly underwhelming. "Cleaning" consisted of nothing more than changing the towels, replacing two bottles of water, and making the bed. A piece of waste tissue was left untouched on the floor for four consecutive days, and we found long hair all over the over the room mainly after the daily housekeeping (none of us have hair that long). Additionally, we had to call maintenance to get the AC fixed during our stay.

Nice but definitely not 5 star facilities
Pros:

Location good for Kensington and Hyde Park.

Cons:

Didn’t feel like 5 stars. Would have expected a coffee machine in the room and hair conditioner- had to go and buy some.

Molt espaiós, el llit gran i molt còmode, habitació silenciosa tot i estar en una planta baixa.

És un hotel que ja es veu antic encara que molt ben conservat i el nostre bany estava recentment renovat.

Expensive
The gym facilities not very clean, aging semi functional equipment, NO disinfection materials to wipe of gym equipment after use. Basically a petri dish. Not up to standard of an otherwise good hotel.

Great Hotel….shame about the bar.
Pros:

Modern fresh rooms in a great location to the parks, shops, transport.

Cons:

I booked a table at the piano bar for a drink & something to eat. Sat me down with a menu, no mention if I was to go to the bar to order, someone would come over. I sat for a bit but no bar member asked if I was ok etc. I gave up in the end…no customer service at this place.

For dyrt, når udsigten er dårlig og INTET er inkluderet.
Pros:

Morgenmadsbufetten er lækker og varieret, men til den pris jeg betalte for min lille lejlighed (med udsigt til gaden og ikke til parken) havde jeg forventet at det var inkluderet.

Cons:

Der var ikke nogen præsentation af, hvilke muligheder der var på hotellet. Jeg kunne hverken finde info om fitness eller wellness og ved derfor ikke om det var der.
