Much better fresh fruit choice for breakfast- better than last stay. Some staff at breakfast were superb. Others had bad attitude.,

Pros:

The staff were exceptional, especially the front counter team, and their managers. Special mention to Constantine who not only gave great service but also intuitively guessed the show that I had booked for a treat for my wife. Moulin Rouge btw.

Cons:

The breakfast service, at peak times is a little over zealous. We got our cereal, received a pot of tea and got up to visit the buffet. I did mention to a server that we were heading to the hot food and would be back. On return my place setting had been cleared together with the tea and remaining fruit juice. It was only a minor irritant as the items were replaced and we could enjoy the breakfast.
I know eggs are a subjective matter of personal taste, the scrambled egg on day one was extremely runny. So much so that I couldn't eat them.
Generally the food offering was good and the quality was fine, excluding the eggs.

Ok but the tiny small room was a trap

The room description on booking says the size is 20 sqm while actually the sleeping area is 11.8 m2 . The description was misleading and I never stayed in all my life in tiny place in over 50 years of traveling. The area is hardly enough for one person what about two people trapped. It’s not even healthy.
While me and my wife enjoyed the closeness but it was bad experience for us. Price was over £ 500 for 12m2 sleeping space. The next room upgrade is £300 more for extra 3m2 which ridiculous.
