Amazing hotel, great location
Pros:

Great renovation, immaculate interior and clean.

Cons:

In room dinning wasn’t the best. Food was sent on time, food quality on average but removal of tray was a different story.

An excellent stay, I always book this hotel when I come to London.
Pros:

The food and the service is excellent. There's a tall lady, probably of Mediterranean heritage, who always makes me feel super welcome.

Cons:

Well, it's an excellent breakfast. I think it's a little over-priced.

Pros:

Very clean, friendly hotel. The staff were amazing from Mak at check-in, to Mohammed in the bar and to all the breakfast and lunch staff
Will definitely stay here again and thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was perfect including the extras they gave us.

Perfect overnight in central london.
Pros:

Room was lovely, beautiful views. Excellent facilities and thoroughly modern Would have liked better coffee selection - there was only decaf or chocolate flavoured coffee.

Cons:

Temperature was a bit hot in the room.
Kettle didnt work.
