Great hotel!!!
Pros:

The property was clean, welcoming, and accessible for the commute to central London, with the Gloucester Road station only steps away. The staff understood the importance of customer service and were kind. I would like to thank Mr Don for ensuring my family’s stay was memorable. This is the only hotel I will be staying on my visits London.

A lovely hotel , brilliant convenient location
Pros:

We were upgraded to a suite which was spacious , clean and a lovely room .

Cons:

The bar closing at 11 pm is not good especially being residents in the hotel . We were watching the Argentina game on the TV and it suddenly cut out just when they scored a goal and staff struggled to rectify this ! One of the bar staff was rude when asking us to settle the bill
