Hôtel correct et bien placé.
Pros:

Hôtel correct et bien situé (juste en face du métro, quartier agréable).

Cons:

Rapport qualité prix insatisfaisant (assez élevé pour la prestation et les équipements).
Longue attente pour le petit-déjeuner mais cela était probablement lié au marathon qui se déroulait ce week-end là.

Other than the lack of early checkin/changing facilities, we had a good stay. The hotel is in a great location.

Our room had two double beds for a family of 4 but didnt leave much room for luggage. The aircon didnt work well (and the window could only open a fraction) but was adjusted for our second night. Bathroom a bit old. We asked for early checkin or a room to change in after a long haul flight but the hotel could only offer us the disabled bathroom to change in which was a big negative for us- we thought the hotel could have done better in this regard.

Smart, centrally located hotel

Good sized room for London, very quiet most ofbthe time,comfortable bed, great location !!!

Cons:

Would have been nice with wine glasses in the room! Two smaller covers in the bed instead of one huge one. And the eternal sound of other room doors banging when shutting automatically. This is a problem in most hotels.There must be something to be done about this !!!!Some type of quieting lining or so...
