Pros:

The reception upgraded my room and the room had a smell so I requested to change the room. The staff was quick to respond to my request and I had a clean and nice smelling room.

Good location and good price
Pros:

The location is very convenient and the price is reasonable. The reception area is very nice. We arrived very early and had to go on a tour. The receptionists allowed us to store our luggage until we came back. Overall, we had a good experience.

Pros:

Location was excellent. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Kids enjoyed breakfast (plenty of croissants eaten) I found it to be ok for the price we paid.
Room was clean and warm

Cons:

The damp smell in the corridor.
The bed sheets are so stiff, every tiny movement created a loud sound so kept waking us up.

The facility is old. The room needed updating. The elevator stuck on ground floor and doors would not open. Had to go back up to 2nd floor and go down the stairs, with my case!

I liked the location of the hotel and the value for money.

Cons:

The refrigerator and ventilation in the room were extremely noisy. It was impossible to sleep when the ventilation was on, and without it, the room was extremely hot and stuffy in February. So, we had to get up all night and open or close the window. We had to turn off the refrigerator because it was so noisy. The pillows were terribly uncomfortable.
We will not return to this hotel.
