Pros:

La ubicación relativamente cercana a puntos de interés, en éste caso relativos al Mundial de Fútbol 2026

Cons:

La mala actitud del personal del front desk, las srtas muy poco atentas en especial la del turno temprano el día 16 de julio, que parecía recién levantada de la cama y con mal humor.
Asimismo el día 15 que pusimos que se hiciera la limpieza un poco tarde, el personal de housekeeping nos vieron salir del cuarto y NO hicieron la limpieza
Con el exagerado sobreprecio cobrado por la temporada del mundial de fútbol, esperaba mejor atención
Otra cosa peor: se quedan con el deposito de garantía hasta que les da la gana

Pros:

O Hotel funciona bem. Tudo muito limpo e conveniente para descansar após um dia de passeios ou trabalho por Atlanta. O café da manhã é nutritivo, mas sem queijo e presunto. A localização é excelente.

Very Dated and Small
Pros:

The location of this hotel is good and that's it's only positive. The rooms are so dated, the bathrooms are tiny and they have double beds. No hotel should have double beds in the room. The rooms were small and have tiny windows.

Overall, nice clean hotel with a great location.
Pros:

I like the location and the room was clean. The room was as described.

Cons:

I didn’t like the small bathroom. The gate to get into the parking lot needs a way to enter instead of entering through the big gate.

Nice Stay during the World Cup
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay while attending the World Cup match! First, Hyatt place's location and walkability was a great surprise! We were able to take a walk to the aquarium and children's museum. We also walked to the stadium, which wasn't too far. As far as the hotel itself, parking was affordable and the room was spacious. I wish the fountain outside was working, which would have been more asthetically pleasing. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the turkey sausage option. Overall, staff was helpful, check-in/out was seamless, room was clean and I would most likely stay again.
