服務接待人員熱心有禮，住房環境整潔舒適，地理位置極好出門不到五分鐘步行時間就有地鐵站有商場，有價機場接送服務可以詢問櫃檯提供，床頭能調整全局燈光比較方便，空調非常充足，窗外可以看見雙子塔頂部，視野算寬闊

廁所的抽取式衛生紙固定裝置不穩定，一拉就彈飛出來並且很難自己裝回去。衛浴清潔用品沒有提供護髮素，對於女性長髮顧客來說不太方便。臨走時才發現有提供茶包咖啡，盒子收在櫃子裡沒有擺放出來。床頭的插座在櫃子裡比較隱蔽，要尋找才能發現

Pros:

Grand Millennium is my go-to hotel whenever I stay in Bukit Bintang during my trips to Kuala Lumpur. The check-in and check-out process is always smooth and efficient. The staff are friendly and helpful—especially the lady who assisted me during check-in; she was attentive, polite, and very professional.

The hotel is only a few minutes’ walk to Pavilion, which makes the location very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The facilities, including the gym and swimming pool, were good and well kept. I also enjoyed the massage at the hotel—it was very relaxing.

Breakfast was brilliant as usual, with a great selection of food. It was a pleasant stay once again, and I will definitely come back. One small suggestion would be to upgrade the TVs to Smart TVs for an even better in-room experience.

European breakfast is limited.
No pork bacon ( beef bacon) a joke.
Cold hard Hash browns were not a go. Good fruit.
Partner coeliac and very hard to get food.

كان حضورنا للفندق الساعه 11 صباحا ولم يتم ادخالنا للغرفة الا بعد الساعه 2 بعد الظهر بسبب النظام المعمول في الفنادق الدخول بعد الساعه 2 ،
لم يتم ابلاغنا من قبل الموظفه بأنني حجزت وجبة الإفطار فقط لشخص واحد وليس لشخصين وبعد مغادرة الفندق تم فرض رسوم إضافي وكان بالإمكان ابلاغنا من اول يوم
