great location
Pros:

Excellent location right next to a large shopping mall and very convenient Arabic restaurants. The hotel is clean and the staff are wonderful.

Great location and nice lobby. Definitely would go back there if I am in KL!

Its location , cleaning staff nice and view from my room on Bukit Bintang was awesome! 24 hours gym access.

Cons:

Swimming pool hours - could stretch till 10
Pm or midnight. The staff at reception desk could be more jovial & friendly, the one who checked me in was not friendly nor welcoming at all. The rooms need some renovations and the gym equipments too - remotes for tv on machines not working etc..

تعامل الموظفين غير جيد وغير متعاونين اخذت غرفتين عن طريق bookking وعدد الاشخاص 6 المفروض يامننون لنا 3 اسره في كل غرفه تفاجئات بوجود فقط سريرين ولم يعطونا اسرى اضافيه بعذر هاذا خطاء ال booking دفعت اجور ثلاثة اشخاص ثم دفعت مره ثانيه ل اسره اضافيه وكانو الموضفين فضين جدا و غير متعاونين
اضافه الى اجور المرتفعه ل بارك السياره مع العلم دفعنا مبلغ كبير ومع ذالك البارك باجور

Cons:

the electric sockets are very low and not at the side of the bed at arm distance, you have to kneel down and fix the plug that is under the side table, thus at many times you end up forgetting whether you plugged a charger there or not.
