The location is just perfect…close to everything, vibrant area and great shopping. The hotel has great staff and the club floor crew were extremely friendly and welcoming. Food and drinks were very good in the lounge. The hotel itself needs an upgrade however value for money and service I give it 10 out of 10.
My stay was not long enough.
I stayed at the hotel twice because I loved it so much the first time. The rooms were beautiful. Spacious and well planned with everything I needed for my stay. The location is a wow factor. In the middle of a busy part of the city. Shops all around and market just down the road. Everyone was wonderful. From the moment the door was opened to greet me, reception to record my details, my beautiful room and breakfast the next day. I had room service one night too and that was a delicious meal. I'll be back there for sure one day.

We had a pleasant stay here during the Hari Raya 2026. Hotel staffs super friendly and helpful. Service and breakfast is very good. Location wise is very strategic next to Pavilion Mall. Shout out to Mr Mubarak Kamarul👍

The hotel was well located in Bukit Bintang. Enjoyed our stay there, spent some time relaxing by the pool.
There was a good spread of cuisine in the breakfast restaurant. The staff in the restaurant were all very friendly and efficient. Special mention to Wan, Mubarak and Razali for their friendliness.
Unfortunately we didn't get the chance to use the club lounge, hope that we'll do if we ever return to KL.
