Location, breakfast, restaurants, staff, service
Room we stayed in is yet to be renovated - so little run down. I understand that some of the rooms have been upgraded.
I often come here to enjoy breakfast, and it’s always a great experience. The breakfast selection is excellent with a wide variety of choices. The service is also outstanding, especially from Khun Pipker. I remember seeing him when he was a waiter, and now he seems to have been promoted to Supervisor—I noticed his uniform has changed.
I can honestly say he is a star of the hotel. His wonderful service impressed us so much that we wanted to write this review to compliment him.
Keep up the great work, Khun Pipker! We will definitely come back again. Thank you.
Specious suite was clean and well-appointed. There are many great dining options. Madison restaurant is one of the best steakhouses in Bangkok.
disappointment regarding my recent stay. My wife and I have been loyal patrons of this hotel for over 8 years, staying 5 times in 2024 and 4 times in 2025. We even traveled from Sydney, Australia, because of our love for this brand. However, our recent experience has left us questioning that loyalty.
First, the ongoing renovation has been handled poorly. Although I was informed the work would conclude by late February, the excessive noise and dust significantly disrupted our stay. More alarmingly, there was a serious safety lapse: my wife nearly collided with an electrical maintenance team while exiting the elevator at night. There were no warning signs or safety barriers in place. This was a dangerous situation that could have resulted in a severe injury.
Furthermore, it is disheartening to see that despite the inconvenience caused by the construction, the Titanium member benefits have actually been reduced. Compared to other loyalty programs like ALL (Accor Live Limitless) or Marriott Bonvoy, the perks here no longer feel rewarding.
As long-time supporters who cherished this hotel, we are extremely saddened to say that we no longer feel welcomed or valued. At this point, we have no desire to return.
Everything, mostly oriental vibe:-)

Anantara Siam is located in a convenient location very close to the BTS and many nice malls and eating place close by. It is a very beautiful hotel, has well appointed rooms coupled with great guest services. The hotel has good restaurants too. The breakfast buffet has a good spread of food across Asian and western cuisines. All restaurants are beautifully decorated and the food delicious. Special thanks to the excellent staff Mind, Becky, Bam n Kate for their welcoming and warm service at the club lounge.
Convenient location and nice environment. Excellent welcome. Room is good for relax. Great pillows selection. Breakfast has a good variety and time is suitable.
I have been around to most of Bangkok’s five star hotels. When I summarize different points Anantara Siam wins much because of its staff, location and the big swimming pool.
This hotel impressed on every level. An excellent building with spotless well-appointed rooms and superb staff. Food was fabulous.
My elderly mother and I recently returned to the Anantara Siam to commemorate a family anniversary. We had previously stayed two years ago (see review 21 February 2024) and before that I had visited with my husband (see review 31 January 2023). To say we all absolutely adore this beautiful hotel, its facilities, and its staff, is an understatement! This time was a little different as the hotel was only full to 1/3 capacity due to ongoing renovations, yet the renovations were entirely behind-the-scenes and caused no disruption. It was inadvertently the perfect time to visit, as the best public spaces - the lobby, pool, gym, Parichart Court breakfast area, and Kasara Lounge - were able to be enjoyed with no crowds of guests! The newly reopened pool, with its the red umbrellas and black & white tiles, is totally stunning, and the Kasara Lounge has had a nice contemporary update. As ever, the staff complete the wonderful ambience of the hotel as a whole - this time we were particularly looked after by Kate, Mind & Lyn in the Kasara lounge, and also Kae & her capable team at the main breakfast buffet. We look forward to our next visit and would not stay anywhere else in Bangkok.
My wife and I just returned after spending three nights at Siam Anantara Bangkok.
The service is par excellence. The staff is very courteous and goes out of the way to help you in every way.
The rooms are fantastic, big and clean. The location is very ideal because it is very close to Major Malls.
We would like to appreciate our thanks specially to few people from the hotel.
The General Manager was so helpful that he even went out of the way to introduce the chefs of the hotel for our special vegetarian meals.
The concierge Ms. Jam (Tawaree Sommanasak), who was so helpful to make our stay comfortable in every way. She is so courteous and gave us lot of information as we were visiting Bangkok after many years.
We also want to thank Mr. Tan at the reception counter for helping us on the last day during our check-out by making everything easy for us.
We give 10/10 points to Siam Anantara Bangkok.
Thankyou for everything.

Always a pleasure to return to Anantara Siam, one of my favourite hotels in Bangkok. Prior to arrival, I received an email informing me that GHA Titanium members are not entitled to lounge access, which was reasonable, as this has never been an included benefit. That said, it would be wonderful if GHA reconsidered this perk for their elite members in the future.
While I did not receive a room upgrade on this occasion, I was thoughtfully offered several alternatives to enhance my stay. These options were a lovely touch and allowed me to enjoy different aspects of the hotel that I might not otherwise have experienced during a short visit.
My room on Level 5 finally offered a lovely golf course view—much appreciated after mentioning a viewless room during my previous stay. Tan handled my check-in smoothly and was warm and personable throughout. Rowan kindly escorted me to my room and provided a helpful refresher on the hotel’s facilities and operating hours.
One small disappointment was the absence of a welcome amenity. It seemed to have been overlooked, as the table in my room (Room 505) remained empty throughout my first day after check-in.
I visited the Anantara Spa and had a wonderfully relaxing experience. Breakfast, as always was a highlight—warm greetings from the staff and impeccable service truly showcased Thai hospitality at its best.
The lobby’s centerpiece featuring the horse is absolutely stunning. I love how serene and calm the lobby atmosphere always feels—it never fails to give me a sense of peace.
The porters and the lady at the entrance (my apologies for not catching her name) were consistently friendly and helpful. A special thank you as well to Arbell for the smooth and efficient check-out process.
Overall, it was an almost perfect stay, save for the missing welcome amenity. I look forward to returning again next time!
The hotel’s location right next to a BTS station made it very easy to get around Bangkok. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Our room was nice, spacious, and clean. The breakfast and other occasions at the Kasara lounge were outstanding. The room was quiet and we slept very well.
Great location in the city centre only 100 metres from the sky train, with the most friendly happy staff you will ever meet.
The breakfast here is truly fantastic catering for all cultures, and with the calm oasis of the pool to relax by after exploring the city, this is a wonderful hotel.
