The staff took too long to bring my suitcase up to the room and I missed out the surprise to my partner for her birthday cake as I didn’t receive a cake. The hotel room should provide free parking for this kind of roo and should have all type of phone chargers.

Lovely quick stay and can’t wait to come back.
Pros:

Everything - location, experience, checkin and check out were easy, the concierge/valet were wonderful and made my sister feel welcome despite her car being full of baby stuff. The room
was lovely and cosy. The room service and turn down was great, we loved the ice bucket touch at turn down.

Cons:

The pillows! Look great, feel soft but collapse in to nothing when using them. There was no support at all and we ended up with sore necks. Maybe have a little note that gives guest the option to call for rubber/foam pillow options if preferred.

Pros:

excellent location,close to all our activities that we wanted to do,staff very accomodating and helpful. Overall experience was great.

Cons:

Unfortunately the bed assigned to our room was toooo soft it could have been more firmer.Did not like the mould in the shower step but when told to staff it was cleaned up.
