The customer service was superb. We have never had better.
Our room was fantastic with a view over circular key and the opera house. The room has everything you could need, and it is an easy walk to most of the Sydney CBD.
Nothing - everything was great.

The room along with the views were exceptional.
The sunlight that came in through the night blinds through gaps at the sides.
Localização e Conforto
Nada. Foi tudo perfeito
Perfect location
Plumbing in shower was blocked, causing water to run I onto bathroom floor.
Great position. Fabulous view of opera house and Sydney harbour from our room. Great warm outdoor pool
Nothing
Excellent location. Large luxurious room.
Restaurants didn’t offer any “simple” meals
Breakfast was epic
Fabulous location.
El servicio, la limpieza, ubicación, el personal, todo excelente
The location was excellent, and when I needed to shorten my stay by one day, Four Seasons helped me contact Booking.com to do so.
The TV did not connect to my laptop. I tried literally everything, but it would not connect.
The hotel and staff were great.
For some reason, this hotel could not manage to give my wife a decent breakfast from the menu and not the breakfast buffet. We ordered room service one morning and the breakfast was great. She ordered the exact same breakfast from the menu the next day in the restaurant and was given what appeared to be left overs from the buffet breakfast the day before. Her scrambled eggs were inedible and the bacon was literally off. This was not impressive at all and hotels of this caliber should be able to accommodate celiacs and provide a decent breakfast. Scrambled eggs with bacon is not a difficult ask.
