Col Four Season non si sbaglia! L'hotel è situato nel cuore del quartiere The Rock a 10 minuti a piedi dall'Opera House e dal Harbour Bridge. Comodissima anche la metropolitana. Il personale è stato gentile e disponbilile. La nostra camera era posizionata su un piano alto con vista parziale sulla baia; buone le dimensioni e molto pulita. In zona ci sono anche ristoranti e locali. Insomma tutto molto bene!

Great hotel, perfect location, exceptional staff.
Pros:

Great central location. Rooms were very clean, the receptionist Megan was very accommodating and sent a cake to our room for my birthday. We were also given a late checkout so great service.

Don't go there: rooms are old and the staff is unfriendly

The view from the room.

Cons:

The rooms are very old. The staff is unfriendly. They don't listen to you. I wanted a room in the category I had booked. They didn’t respond to my message, and I didn’t get the room. They don’t reply in the Booking.com chat and don’t listen to guests. Don’t stay at the Four Seasons because the value for money is completely off. At the front desk, they made excuses as to why they couldn’t give me the room—“subject to availability.” When you pay such a high price, you should receive first-class service, not a standard response. You might as well replace the staff entirely with AI if they can’t handle individual situations. Don’t go there—choose another hotel in Sydney instead.
