In an ideal position in the CBD of Melbourne
We stayed 5 nights. Location was great, tram stop right outside the door. Check in and out was quick, Rodrigo was very helpful and all the gentleman outside were fantastic, polite and welcoming. Plenty of restaurants and food close by.
After Rodrigo had wonderfully checked us in, when returning to collect our key when room was ready, the woman who saw to us was very unpleasant.
Parking fees were to high. Considering we already paid a decent rate for the room

Great location
Location is great. Tram stop outside, excellent restaurants and shopping nearby. Hotel rooms are on high floors, so no street noise. Rooms are excellent and bed so comfortable… slept sooo well. Housekeeping and concierge were superb.
The food options were pretty ordinary. I wouldn’t recommend eating at the hotel, but so many amazing alternatives nearby.
The vanity unit was protruding into shower alcove with the shower glass cut around it. Not very smart fix - needs to be addressed before someone has a fall and hit their head.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The hotel was in a good location with restaurants and designer shopping precinct all within walking distance.
Upon arriving at reception, there was a football function happening which was that loud we could not hear the staff at check-in.
The room and package explanation was poor, with me having to confirm if breakfast was included as per my booking.
The lifts were painfully slow throughout our entire stay.

Very comfortable very high up and the atrium bar was magnificent.
