Overall the hotel has ambience and is in a good location.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Very good selection.

Cons:

The television in Room 4222 did not work.
Staff member did attend but after 3 calls that was referring the matter to a Duty Manager nothing happened. We were ignored. We wanted to watch the NRL Grand Final and nothing happened until I went back to the Fromt Frsk and requested a too change that was done.

Pros:

Great city views, the most comfortable bed! Room service has good options! Smells nice throughout the hotel, was gifted a bottle of wine on arrival for my birthday nice surprise!
