Ventilatie / airco systeem. Slaat elke 2 of 3 uur af. Met hogere buitentemperaturen moet je er ‘s nachts 3 keer uit.

And were so lucky to park in the hotel car park staff lovely breakfast great room ok didn't like shower over bath as there was no rubber mat to use in case you slipped didn't use it view from window abysmal considering what price I paid for the room downside my daughter and I had very little sleep due to above whoever was in room above up all night pacing couldn't sleep receptionist we should have rung down to complain....upside we enjoyed our stay in Cardiff and will return but not to your hotel sorry!!

Finding out about paid parking after our booking was a bit disappointing however the carpark felt safe and secure.

Prom going on, rooms quiet and comfortable. Happy to sit on own in bar in evening and enjoy a cold drink. Spotted a machine to order Uber to hotel which very useful. Nearby some nice coffee shops for mid morning cuppa. Had a fridge which always welcome.
Only scored a little less as when booking I specifically asked not to have bedroom overlooking kitchen ducts and air con - so not chuffed on first night to be in prime ducting room - which meant couldn’t open window as it locked being above kitchen roof. So air con in room but it kept turning off. The staff apologised and I moved for remaining stay so all good then.
Het hotel ligt heel erg centraal. Er zijn heel veel bars en restaurants op wandelafstand. Het ontbijt was heel erg lekker en alles was beschikbaar. We hadden een kamer met ligbad/douche. Er was een minibar op de kamer. Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze hebben het geregeld dat we een tweede zeteltje in de kamer kregen wat gezelliger was om samen te zitten. We hadden geluk om elke dag achter het hotel te kunnen parkeren, maar heel erg dichtbij was er ook een parkeergarage. Er was een goedwerkende airco maar die viel na 2 uur werken telkens uit, wat ik jammer vond. Dit hotel is echt een aanrader in Cardiff.
De airco valt na 2 uur werken uit. Men beloofde dat op te lossen maar het is nooit gelukt om het op te lossen, jammer.

The room was very small
Breakfast staff were very pleasant.
About half the reception staff were fab. The other really seemed like they didn't want to be there.
1. A/C in room switched off after twenty minutes meaning you had to keep waking up to put back on. It was very hot.
2. Room came with two bottles of sparkling water and one still. I asked to swap the sparkling for still and was told there would be a £6 charge. I said I can give the sparkling unopened back and just want to swap and can come and collect. I was told, very politely, they will do on this occasion but it's not allowed and I was just really confused. Why put water in the room in the first place if not allowed. Seems policy is not conveyed to staff.
3. Room was large but the double bed was two twins pushed together with an uncomfortable crack.
4. Poor lighting in room
