Everything was great, restaurant was good for dinner. Great location for the shops.
Pros:

Great selection of food, very fresh and staff checking all the time to make sure nothing ran short. I’m coeliac and had a separate area for cereal, bread and a toaster. Great parking on site. Staff all very friendly. Would return.

Cons:

Only one side of bed had a bedside table so nowhere to put book or phone and no socket.

Cons:

The hotel is in desperate need of updating and a deep clean... its in awful condition. And we couldnt open the windows and the air-conditioning didnt work properly on the hottest day of the year. There was also a smell of dirty drains in the hotel. It was a really uncomfortable and unpleasant stay!

Pros:

Conveniently located in Cardiff City centre, with easy access to many city attractions. Very friendly and welcoming staff, special shout out to Viorica and Jed in the Restaurant. Clean, well conditioned rooms, great food and perfect atmosphere for a break away from home!!

L’hàbitacio que ens varen donar donava a una coberta amb una màquina que feia molt de soroll. Cert que a la nit no estava en funcionament, però de bon matí, molt d’hora, es va posar en funcionament i va ser impossible seguir descansant.
