A great stay in a very friendly hotel where staff go the extra mile
Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast. Comfy room with lots of storage space. All minor hiccups dealt with promptly and with a desire to please. Great location right in town centre.

Cons:

Would have preferred walk in shower rather than over bath.

Excellent location and close to my family in Cardiff
Pros:

Lovely room with a view over Cardiff, a little noise from outside but thats to be expected in a buzzing city like Cardiff.
Reception staff also confirmed i may experience a little outside noise later in the evening with people partying etc. I didnt mind that and appreciated the thought of asking if I wanted a quieter room.

Great location. Friendly staff. Nice room. Very nice breakfast. Good pint of Guinness!
Pros:

The bed was enormous. Obviously I still occupied the small amount of space my wife permits me...but, still, nice to have the option.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy outside my window, but I still managed to get to sleep. Cardiff is a busy city! Even on a Wednesday night!

Great stay
Pros:

The room was very quiet and spacious. The breakfast was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The car park was easy to access and leave. The area in which the hotel is located is right in the center of Cardiff so you can do all the shopping and site-seeing you like. Absolutely loved this hotel and I will come back.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.
