The car park is closed between midnight and 6am. Guests can park for £18 per 24 hours. Discount is offered for pre-booked spaces via www.citycentre.apcoa.co.uk reducing it to £8 per 24 hours.

Room was a bit cold.
The hotel was clean and kid friendly. The staff was very helpful and extremely professional. They even upgraded our room as we were travelling with kids. The location is amazing with lots of halal options nearby.
They provide free water bottles just once for the entire stay, as they said their tap water is drinkable. They did not have space in their parking so we parked at ncp parking and were given 10 percent discount code but however this code works only if you pay on site and not online.
Good location and staff friendly.
Unfortunately, even though the lady checking us in spend some time trying to be helpful and accommodate our already submitted request for a quiet room, we didn't get one - although the reasoning she gave was understandable; a room facing an alley opposite the main entrance. The rooms have old fashioned single glazed sash windows that let all sound in, and at 2.20 am a lorry/road sweeper came and sounded like it was entering the room with some difficulty. Then a couple of hours later came the bin lorries that made a loud banging and crashing noises emptying bins that lined the whole alley. When you were then wide awake you could hear a mingle of drunks in the main pedestrian Street and the seagulls scrapping on the roof tops.
Breakfast is a mix of standard English b.fast with scrambled eggs that look oily and as if they came from a packet of 'ready mix'. Some dried slices of cheese to go with cheap bread.

Great location with easy access to city centre, shops bars and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and well labelled for those with allergies.
Large room with bottled water, beverage tray. Twin room with toiletries, great central location with car park, easy check in and out with friendly helpful professional staff. Safe and working fridge.
Overlooked car park so noisy. The very hot towel rail, narrow bath is difficult to access and get out of due to fixed shower panel.
