Excellent and Wonderful stay at the heart of Cardiff city center.
Pros:

A very easy and convenient check in process. Friendly staff - got checked in before my time as room was ready. Clean and tidy rooms, well maintained with great facilities.

I had an absolutely splendid time; throughout my stay, I felt like I was surrounded by friends
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the breakfast was phenomenal. The location was excellent as well, allowing me access to spots like Bute Park, Cardiff Castle, and plenty of lovely shops.

Cons:

Honestly, the cleaning left a bit to be desired. The one time I allowed a maid into my room, as they came in the afternoon when I was resting, did some cursory work and left her cleaning supplies in my room.

This hotel is gorgeous and the rooms were very comfortable! Will definitely book here again if I travel back to Cardiff.
Pros:

The location was great and the staff was very nice. The room was super comfortable as well.

Cons:

I had trouble opening the windows to keep the room cool. Tried the AC instead, but it struggled keeping up with the hot weather.

Ideally placed, the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a separate space for gluten free breakfast which is a bonus. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

It’s fine totally.
Pros:

It’s cosy and well facility room with appropriate size. Good location as well with reasonable price.

Un soggiorno terribile

Sono arrivata in albergo prenotando una junior suite con due zone separate zona notte e soggiorno. Mi è stata assegnata la camera 218 una camera unica zona con divano e comunicante con un altra camera. Chiedo spiegazioni alla reception e mi dico che per cambiare camera devo aspettare il giorno dopo. Pertanto il giorno dopo mi spostano nella camera 228 una camera con la divisione zona notte e zona salotto ma una camera molto vecchia, e per di più tutto quello che dal sito viene proposto per chi acquista una junior suite articoli da bagno, pantofole, non c’è nulla in camera, il ferro da stiro rotto insomma un disastro.Inoltre la pulizia lascia a desiderare è l’ultimo giorno è stata cambiata la biancheria da bagno solo per una persona. Inoltre entrambi le camere affacciano su macchine dei condizionatori sporche che non si poteva aprire neanche la finestra.La direzione per questo disagi mi ha omaggiato di due drink e del parcheggio per 3 giorni, che forse mi restituiranno nei prossimi giorni chissà. Un appezzamento alle persone della colazione e del bar
