Pros:

Good location in the Araavali's. Good staff at the reception and a warm welcome.

Cons:

You cannot order Ubers from that location, drivers usually call you and try to negotiate a higher price.

The deluxe rooms are not soundproof. The rooms share walls, and you can clearly hear conversations from neighbouring rooms.

The service staff were overwhelmed during both the breakfast and dinner buffets. We had to wait about 15 minutes just to get spare bowls, and naan orders took around 30 minutes despite multiple reminders. The staff appeared to be prioritising the corporate events taking place at the hotel during our stay.

The service manager Rohit was kind enough to get us an upgrade after we conplained during the first few hours of our check-in. So that was a plus.

Excellent.
Pros:

We had a very good experience at Taj Aravali. The staff were excellent—especially Surajpal and Kamal at the entrance, who took great care of my mother, and the team at the restaurant, particularly Anup.

Cons:

Our package included a buffet dinner. However, due to a wedding event at the hotel, the buffet was not available, and we had to order from the à la carte menu, which offered far fewer options.
Additionally, the wedding guests caused significant noise at around 3 a.m., which disturbed our sleep.

Pros:

Lovely estate- beautiful views.

Cons:

Poor quality housekeeping- a leak in the toilet, wall lights hanging off, limited toilet roll. Very chaotic service at breakfast and dinner. The bar is not adults only and children were playing video games loudly.

Perfect escape in Udaipur with exceptional service and attention to detail!

Our stay at Taj Aravali Resort & Spa was nothing short of exceptional.

From the moment we arrived, we were wowed by the grandeur laced with serenity amidst the gorgeous landscape. The service we received was that of royalty - The manager Kaustubh made sure our entire trip was not only comfortable but exceptional. There was a minor bump with the buggy situation, but we were so grateful for the extremely receptive management - it was taken care of immediately by Ritesh and the rest of the stay was flawless.

All of the staff was were very helpful and went out of their way to be welcoming and made sure our stay was pleasant including the restaurant staff of Tiri and Javitri (not very happy with the Odeypore), housekeeping, buggy drivers, front desk and door and welcome staff.

We look forward to booking another vacation here soon!

Mayur ji have us a fantastic tour on the e-bike - he is very knowledgeable - highly recommended - we took the 1 hour tour - there are options for 2 hours and 3 hours as well

Extremely Dissatisfied With Recent Stay at Taj Aravali
Pros:

Despite having the correct room booked, I was initially allocated the wrong room and had to complain multiple times to reception. The staff gave excuses instead of resolving the issue, and after being shifted to another room (543), we experienced a strong sewage smell with no proper action taken. Only after escalation through my agent were we finally shifted late at night to an acceptable room (149). This experience caused significant inconvenience and disappointment during our stay. As a regular visitor to Udaipur and a returning guest to Aravali, this visit was a major letdown, and I do not plan to return or recommend the property.

Awesome!
Pros:

We are extremely touched by the warmth and care of Taj Aravali team .
Ms Sanjana the stay manager is exceptional .She made everything just right and perfect for us.
At front desk Khushi and Rhythm are lovely people .
At Tiri Mr Manoj the manager is amazing and treated us like family and kept checking if we needed anything anytime.
Anup at Tiri restaurant is very nice .
Housekeeping head Mr Giriraj is great .

One of the best sight we witnessed was welcoming the kids from NGO with Tikka, Garland ,love ,respect and arranging Christmas feast for them .

Amazing Hospitality
Pros:

Very happy by there welcome and amazing hospitality. Even guards treated us very well they provided bottles every time we step out of hotel. Staff took care of small needs of my niece. Loved the experience.
