I will never stay at a Hyatt again
Pros:

I liked that it was right in the middle of the city- walking distance to so many things along the riverwalk. I walked from the hotel to the pearl and it was lovely!! It’s across the street from the Alamo.

Cons:

The bed is awful- way too soft. I had to sleep on top of pillows in order for my back to sort of be straight. The food is also awful. I thought the Hyatt was supposed to have good food? They also didn’t know anything about the activities- I would ask and they would hand me a pamphlet- I also asked 4 different employees about the river boat parade for day of the dead and got different answers- one person said the boardwalk would be closed. It wasn’t.

Couldn’t stay, terrible customer service.

We reserved this hotel prior to our trip to SeaWorld. We spent 6+ hours in the hot sun. When we went to check into our room at 6:35, the guy checking us in needed to confirm that the room was ready. Well after waiting for 15 mins, it was confirmed the room was NOT ready. We unfortunately were very tried, and decided we could not wait for the room to get cleaned, so we had to go down the street and paid for a different hotel with PHENOMENAL customer service. I was very disappointed with Hyatt, as my kids were looking forward to swimming and relaxing. I think if you are going to allow for “late” check out, that you be mindful of those guest that have already booked a room and are coming and expect to check in when check in time is actually *4:00*. Do better Hyatt! Also, the guy who was checking us in, did not offer us anything while we waited. No drinks, nothing. But mind you, the other customer service reps were giving out wine and water like it was candy.

Cons:

Hotel che necessita di un rinnovamento. Personale della reception frettoloso e freddo. Qualità della colazione scarsa.
