Bad taste in mouth - when you leave.
Pros:

everything cost wise is loot! I paid 140 USD for Vallet parking alone for my car - says it all my feeling for the holidays.

Nothing much Sir. Need to look in to making people feel better

Pros:

Everything, all of the staff is so amazing. They absolutely are th best, they are very caring and will handle any issue immediately. We went for our anniversary and I read many reviews but I also wanted something on the River walk so this was the best.

Perfect location, really wonderful scenery all around hotel, very convenient and clean enough if not spotless

Proximity to river walk, view from hotel, hotel lobby / building , view of river walk, restaurant, just general vibe

Cons:

If was pretty clean but could have been slightly cleaner , small things like dust on top of toilet bowl etc and some pee stain around toilet bowl rim just showed not super detailed cleaned a lot but I am a clean freak so I notice details

Really beautiful hotel at a great location.
Pros:

The hotel interior was beautiful! I loved the location, the breakfast, and the filtered water refill stations. The staff members were very nice. The room was great, lighting was amazing, it was very clean. The elevators were cool and just all the views inside the hotel were great. We LOVED the private access to the Riverwalk and how close we were to literally everything + the Alamo. I would never stay anywhere else!

Cons:

I didn’t like that at any point during the entire weekend, I couldn’t enjoy the pool. Toooooo many screaming and running young children. You guys should do “family hours” for people with children under the age of 10. We were sad because we wanted to swim. For the price, I should’ve been able to do that. They also closed the marketplace inside 4hrs early both nights so we were unable to buy drinks and snacks at the hotel and had to walk somewhere else.
