Love Love Love this hotel.
Pros:

This trip was all about family, friends and of course business. I had a great meeting with my new partners in the Tent business and most importantly had time to visit with family and friends. Stayed here multiple times over the last 30 years and everytime i come theres always something that brings me back. Staff are amazing, friendly, and always making sure you're ok. I will be back SOON.

Great Hotel on Riverwalk
Pros:

Located right on the Riverwalk, this hotel is a gem! After a long day of traveling, this hotel met our every need and made us feel very welcome. This hotel also has a great location, as it's not very far from The Alamo and not very far from other restaurants and activities within a short walk. If you want a premium experience without feeling like you have to pay a premium price, consider staying here.

Pros:

Traumhafte Lage direkt am River Walk, sehr schönes Hotel mit interessanter Architektur, Zimmer etwas dunkel da "nach innen gelegen", Zimmer haben eine ausreichende Größe, alles da was man braucht. Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal. Würden definitiv wieder buchen.

Great Location, But Not Up to Hyatt Standards
Pros:

I booked two rooms weeks in advance, not realizing the hotel offered an adjacent-room option. When we arrived, we were assigned separate rooms. The staff did try to place them close to each other, but it still wasn’t the arrangement we would have preferred.

One of the rooms had a noticeable damp or mildewy smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. The hotel overall feels dated and underwhelming, especially compared to the Hyatt standards I’m used to. It didn’t have the polished or refreshed feel I typically expect from the brand.

The loading and unloading area was another frustration. It seemed understaffed and not well organized, which made arrival more stressful than it needed to be.

The location is great, but the overall experience fell short of what I expect from Hyatt.

Outstanding Service and Memorable Stay
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay and would like to sincerely thank the front desk staff, especially Whitney, for the exceptional service.

Upon arrival, Whitney went above and beyond by offering snack vouchers for both lunch and dinner, which was a very thoughtful gesture. I was also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Regency Suite, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Additionally, the late checkout provided great convenience and allowed me to fully relax without feeling rushed.

Overall, the service was truly outstanding and made a big difference in my experience. I highly appreciate the hospitality and attention to detail. I will definitely return and highly recommend this property to others.

Pros:

Great location and easy access to the River Walk. We never had to wait long for an elevator. Comfortable bed (though the pillows were fuller than we like, tight bathroom for two and no dresser), but overall the room was fine.

Cons:

They suggested we valet park our rental car. That was $66 a day! We could self-park in the lot across the street (which is where they valet park) for $55 a day. When we checked in, we asked if there was a cheaper lot close by, and they told us there was a lot for $35 a day which we went to. The next day we found out there was a lot equally close for $10 per day. We wished they had told us about that lot in the first place! That was the only negative about our stay.

The staff was great . I got to check in early and they were very accommodating. Had cocktails at the hotel bar listening

Cons:

It was noisy from inside the hotel and outside . I could also hear the people in the next rooms entire conversation. So walls seem to be thin . I fall asleep fast so it wasn’t a huge deal for me .

Cons:

On the second day, when we came to the room, we found it exactly as we had left it. The beds were not made, the towels had not been changed, and the trash had not been collected. I called customer service and housekeeping, but no one answered. I went to the reception and reported the situation. I waited for half an hour in the room, and no one came. This time, I said that I wanted to speak with the manager. I met with the manager. After that, 20 minutes later, someone brought towels. I had to struggle for an hour. I still can’t believe that a hotel of this level would provide such service.

Convenient, Clean and Friendly
