The most useless hotel so far have stayed.
Pros:

Value for money wasn't there... one the type of room booked wasn't allocated..I was told I booked through third party and there rooms was already closed before I booked

Cons:

I had issues with the Air conditioner in the room .. I. complained.. and I was told that the maintenance will come to check .. he did came in and discovered the fan rotor is bad.. I was ok with the services called reception he told me straight that NO room for my category at 1:30am to move me to.. later after all back and forth... I managed a room and checked out... It was a major bad experience for me with my family

Nice hotel
Pros:

The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location! Mason at check in set the bar high for customer service. The elevators are slow amd always packed. The ac in the room wouldnt cool below 72⁰. The microwave is by the ice machine not in the room. Rooms are nice just minor details need to be addressed.

Location, location, location!
Pros:

Excellent location right on the Riverwalk! Central to all the main sights in San Antonio. The Alamo is literally across the street down a side path. Rooms looked like they had recently been renovated. Hotel is large and does seem a bit like a conference hotel, but that was not a negative for us, as it was lovely just the same. Would definitely return here again.

The Best hotel in Riverwalk that I’ve been so far. They give amazing hospitality service from the staff. Location is the best, few steps away from most places I would like to go to.

Pros:

Location. A block from Alamo/RiverCentre Mall. Hotel literally on the Riverwalk.

Cons:

Check in at arrival and check out and departure is a zoo. Lots of vehicular traffic.

Pros:

Everyone was super polite and helpful, from the valet to the hotel staff. I had to upgrade my room because my son came to visit, and they accommodated me with no problem. I love that we could walk right out of our hotel onto the River Walk.

Cons:

I was quite concerned when I noted that during room service, personal items, including purses and a toothbrush, were handled by the cleaning staff. This is an area that requires immediate attention.

Inconvenienced but always enjoy the rooms

Television was not working, informed the front desk and was given a run around about an outage but some other tvs from rooms across were clearly working. after having been visiting different areas of San Antonio I wanted to go to the room and watch the FIFA games but was inconvenienced with a blank tv. And not way to screen share my device.

Pros:

I was told I would receive a $16 credit for their restaurant that night and complimentary breakfast--- then I was charged for both. I'm trying to get in touch with billing regarding this. Plus was charged twice for incidentals $99 twice after leaving the room clean and untouched.
