Pros:

Staff was very professional and polite. The rooms were clean and it exceeded my expectations. If I could’ve stayed longer, I would have. I really enjoyed my time there and will do it again in the future.

Great weekend gateway
Pros:

Hotel location is excellent for the Riverwalk, dining, and nightlife. We had a wonderful stay celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday.

Be prepared to spend
Pros:

It’s a nice hotel, but eating there is pricey. The same goes for drinks and snacks. I was there for work, but I doubt I’d come on my own, too costly.

Fun Times in San Antonio
Pros:

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth and quick, which made the start of the trip very relaxing.
The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the space was quiet, making it easy to rest after a long day. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities and how clean everything was.
The hotel itself is in a great location, close to many attractions and convenient for getting around. What truly stood out, however, was the customer service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure guests had a great experience.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service.

Not worth the money
Pros:

Very expensive rooms for the quality. The noise levels were awful. Could hear every door and toilet flush around me. Not sure I would stay here again.
