Our 25th wedding anniversary.. staying at the Hyatt on the river walk gave us access to everything.
Pros:

Very clean, presentable and in a very good location. We valet parked and didn’t have to get the car until we were headed home.

I enjoyed the stay

What I liked about staying at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk is the rooms are very clean, and the riverwalk is behind the hotel. I would definitely book again at the Hyatt Regency.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Riverwalk and will definitely be staying here again!
Pros:

The location was perfect! The proximity to the Riverwalk was excellent. There were plenty bars and restaurants within walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff at the front desk and the housekeepers were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The view of the riverwalk from our room was a bit disappointing because you could only get a glimpse of it.

Pros:

The place was clean and nice. Quick access to riverwalk and the city where i didnt have to use my car

Cons:

When checking in was not notified all all the extras i was afforded. Was not told of the drink i could get or free waters. Also was not explained that the 12.00 room credit per only could be used towards the food or drink. So i lost both days. Communication was horrible on that. Most times good quality hotels explain that stuff so u get all you pay for.
