Location, cleanliness, services
The layout of the room. Wasted some room but the bathroom is very small and tight. I keep bouncing around in the shower. We were thinking we would get a room to see the river, unfortunately the room we got was facing the back side to the garage, nothing to see.

Staff where nice and helpful as well
The restaurant’s breakfast setup is misleading. It’s only on the second day that you realize you can get a good breakfast—which is already included in the price—without having to pay anything extra.

Awesome location, right next to the Charles river and room is clean and spacious.
It’s kinda old. I can hear noise from vent fan and the traffic noise from the road.

A little far from center of Boston.
The ceiling in my bathroom was leaking from the upstairs bathroom the first time I reported it staff seemed unconcerned. Second time staff member was more attentive
We did eat in the restaurant and I felt the food took very long to come out.

The open hours for the Paperback Provisions should be longer - it closes too early in the afternoon

Wish there was a pool.
Was very clean and the view from balcony was great. When we left a bag behind the front desk staff on duty was so helpful in finding it. The location was beautiful but a little far from all the “tourist stuff” so you have to walk which is great for our family but others may not like.
The front desk staff that checked us in didn’t give any detail about the hotel so we didn’t know where breakfast was or any of the amenities and when we forgot a bag that house keeping found it was missing items.

The dinner room service was fast and was very good.
I wanted a city view in front as I walked out on the balcony, instead is was way to the side.
