This is my second time staying here, the first one was about 8 years ago.
The staff were very nice and helpful, and my room was spacious and very comfortable.
In-room free WiFi is 30 Mbps and very stable.
It was also one of the few places I could book within budget for my business trip during the World Cup :)
There was some unfortunate friction with the amenities.
The online room service ordering system from the restaurant really needs improvement. I used it twice to order dinner, both times my order got somehow lost or canceled on their end and required manual followup with the restaurant about an hour after ordering when nothing arrived. Then they delivered the first dinner twice and the other day charged me twice for the order on that day.
Then I used the laundry service and only half of the laundry was delivered back to me, so I needed to follow up with the front desk (they found the lost half the same evening).

We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. Yiming Zhao, Gerardini, Lin, and Rachid were all extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They not only provided excellent service, but also gave us helpful travel recommendations for Boston. Their warmth and hospitality made our meal even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt. The location is a gift for anyone who loves to move: the hotel faces the Charles River, and you can step out the door and go straight into a riverside run. The gym is also impressively spacious and fully equipped.
But what truly elevated the stay was the breakfast service. Over three mornings, we were looked after by Yiming and Kinah, whose service was warm in exactly the right measure — attentive without ever hovering — and made us feel completely at home. When they learned we were from China, they thoughtfully switched to Mandarin, a small gesture that meant a lot. Even during the busiest breakfast hours, they worked with remarkable energy and efficiency, and still found the right moments to check in on our dining experience. Staff of this caliber speak volumes about a hotel, and Yiming and Kinah deserve to be recognized — they are a big part of why this stay will be remembered so fondly. We look forward to coming back.

I have stayed at this location in the past and I continue to be pleased with the quality of the many services the Hyatt has to offer the customers. Everyone from all levels of staff perform their duties always with the customers needs and comfort uppermost in their minds.I especially want to commend Adriana who works at the bar for her friendliness, skill,customer service and for remembering and recognizing me after our first encounter. She patiently , during a less busy moment one evening, listened to me talk about my children and grandchildren and graciously looked at a few pictures. She is a great asset to the Hyatt and a definite keeper.
