Staff were courteous and kind. Room was spacious but that’s the only plus.
Hotel seems old, floors were sticky, carpet was old and musty. Also, we had to go through the restaurant to get to our room which was most odd.
Location
The AC was broke, we never got a call alerting us. It was not repaired the w tire time we were there. I tried to call to up grade my room before arriving I was told no because I booked third party with booking.com
And to call them. Booking.com
Told me to call the hotel. The first night they said they would bring fans they never did. The next night they said they would bring fas, waited two hours before calling and asking again and then they arrived 30 min later.
The room was very over-priced and over-rated for the condition of the hotel. Very strong musty smell (think locker room) in 3 of the rooms I was in. Waited over an hour for maintenance to fix our water temp in the shower, and had to cancel because we didn’t want to spend any additional time in our hotel room. Hotel marked me as a no-show on my pre-booked reservation, and then charged me again after already prepaying for the room. Management was not helpful. Otherwise, front desk staff were kind. This was NOT a 4-star hotel. 2.5-3 stars at best based on my room and experience. The bed was extremely comfortable though and the location was nice.
Joshua at the front desk is the absolute GOAT! He was very friendly, helpful and informative. I would return again for Joshua’s service alone. Give that man a raise and then a promotion after that.
No real issues, the hotel is nowhere near new but is still very classy and up to date for the times and the proximity to Fenway can’t be beat
Would have liked a pool and other food options off the premises for 24hr breakfast.

era un poco lejos pero el serviciio de shuttel funciona perfecto, tienes comunicación con el chofer y te dice en cuanto pasa, siendo muy puntual.

The air conditioning broke and it was a sauna in our room for the second half of our week-long stay. The hotel is 20 minutes away by foot from stores and restaurants, 45 minutes by foot to Harvard Square. You need a car but it’s $58 per night for parking. The bathroom floor was soaking wet after showers, for no clear reason, and once the AC broke, each time we returned to the room the bathroom floor was flooded.

The room I reserved was supposed to have a balcony with a view of the bay/river. When I checked in I was told that the room I reserved months prior was not available. I was modestly offered a free parking voucher, but the change in accommodations drastically altered the events of the weekend.
Professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff who make a good stay great! It's a wonderful location, and easy access to some of Boston's historic locations. Stayed for two weeks and looking forward to a return.
Only Hyatt located near Cambridge biotech sector in a nice if not removed location on the Charles river. Hotel is dated and needs a refresh. Staff at front desk are nice but restaurant is completely overwhelmed for breaks fast and the experience was very unpleasant.
