As always, breakfast was beautiful. I sat by the window with a lovely view of the Charles River covered in snow. It was gorgeous. And my server Richard was fantastic - attentive and efficient. I really enjoyed my experience. I enthusiastically recommend The Paperback Tavern.

The Paperback staff at breakfast and dinner was highly attentive to our idiosyncratic ordering. We extended our stay a week because of a family emergency and appreciated staff making us feel welcome and remembering our many preferences. Rachid was awesome!!! Wish I knew more names to mention as well for both morning and evening.

The environment was extremely good and very quiet, got so much wonderful services during my stay, and the restaurant was just located in the lobby area, which was super convenient for me to have a dining!

Had a great experience for our first time stay. Wonderful front desk staff - Retu and Toney - took great care of us all weekend. Spacious, clean room. Nice hotel restaurant and bar. Close to MIT and BU. We will be back!
We reserved the Hyatt regency Boston Cambridge mostly due to convenience as it was close to the Boston University, Michael was a fantastic host we went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The experience was so good we decided to make it our home during our trips to Boston. It was our first time in the cold and snow and it couldn’t be better.
