Convenient place to stay when visiting the airport

Easy to get to. Left our car in the garage during our trip and everything went smoothly.

A frustrating and disappointing stay, marked by poor service, broken promises, and uncomfortable conditions.
Pros:

The facilities are outdated, the room feels damp, and the mattress is too soft and worn out. The value for money is very poor. The location is also inconvenient, far from public transit, making it difficult to get anywhere.

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel.

To ensure early check-in, we booked and fully paid for an extra night in advance, and also emailed the hotel beforehand to explain that we would arrive early the next morning after a long journey. However, upon arrival, we were told that our room had not been held because we did not show up the previous night, despite having paid in full. The front desk staff were also quite unhelpful and lacked basic courtesy.

Worse still, there was no room available when we arrived, and we had to wait nearly two hours in the lobby while they prepared a room.

In addition, we had originally booked a two-bed room, but were given a one-bed room instead, with no proper explanation or solution offered.

Overall, the issues we experienced include:
   •   A fully paid room was not honored or held
   •   Poor and dismissive service from staff
   •   Room type not as booked
   •   Charged for 5 nights but only stayed 4

During our stay, there was even a staff strike outside the hotel, which further reflected poor internal management.

While we understand that hotels can be busy, basic reliability and service should not be compromised. This experience felt unfair and highly unprofessional.

Would not recommend.

Short and sweet
Pros:

Another enjoyable if brief stay at the Hyatt Regency Boston-Cambridge, enabling me to kick off a busy week of business/conference activities refreshed and ready to go. Thanks to all the staff, and 'Hi' to Frank, good to see him back at the front desk!

没有一点值得再去，服务极差，卫生极差，明明预定了并且付了全款的房间，到达的时候居然告诉我们没有房间了，也不退款。值得最低的0分

Great for a business trip. Convenient location and relaxing.
Pros:

I stayed here while on a business trip and found the hotel very convenient and a great place to relax at the end of the day. The rooms overlooking the river offer beautiful views. Hotel staff was very accommodating the entire time our group was at the hotel. Ritu at the front desk was super helpful, friendly and kind. Would definitely come back for a business or leisure trip!

This was my second stay at this hotel, and certainly not my last.
Pros:

The room was very clean and spacious. The food was fantastic. And I liked the convenience of the connected parking garage. Bonus - the free shuttle to Harvard Square. This made everything about my stay easy and accessible.

Cons:

Everything was quite good - so there was nothing I did not like. I am “old school” and had to adjust to the digital information rather than paper guides but this proved to be very easy and convenient. I did not use room service for meals because I liked the look and feel of the 2nd floor restaurant.

Great hotel, great service
Pros:

This is a great hotel in Cambridge where many hotels feel small and tight. The open atrium provides an inviting relaxing atmosphere. The evening food is solid with a number of option. The capstone is the great breakfast with many awesome options. The service is great especially Rachid who is always attentive.

Nice breakfast by the river
Pros:

The food was very good but the service was excellent! Geraldini and Rachid were extremely helpful and attentive. Definetly a place to eat again.

Great location - offers shuttle services
Pros:

We love the location. Was there for school visiting. It's clean. Restaurant menu's limit yet the service is good. A bit noisy and cold on the end corner room. The drainplug of bathtub was broken yet crew found out and replaced it without we notifying the front desk. Will visit again when in the area. BTW, they have shuttle services to the neighborhood.
