parking
The valet parking was super expensive
Staff was friendly, accommodated me to second room when I was unleaded with the first.
The first room smelled heavy of mold and filth, the second room had a slight odor and a toilet that continually ran. The tiller was stained yellow from improper cleaning practices.
Location was optimal for our event.
Cleanliness. I had to use my own cleaning products to thoroughly clean all hard surfaces including the toilet sink and tub.
We had a nice stay. The room was comfortable & clean. The bed (king size) was firm which my hubby loved. Biggest complaint was that they charged us $74 for valet parking for one night. We have a small SUV. The website says $74 for an "oversized" vehicle which a Ford Edge definitely isn't. Normal valet parking is $69 according to the website which is still ridiculously high. There isn't an option for self park.
Our room was hot and Ashley and Art came up and fixed the problem right away! They need a raise! So professional and kind! Not something you get every day!
Bathroom sink never drained .
Make sure plumbing is fixed before renting room
Coacroach were bad. It woken me up in middle of night crawling on me.
They were in bathroom also.
One of the worst experiences in a hotel. Overall the staff was nice and I believe they intended to be helpful, but the stay was abysmal. Within 12 hours of check-in, we found 2 cockroaches in our room (1 living and 1 dead). The front desk called an "engineer" to deal with it but to no avail. The carpet was filthy and I had to track down a maid to kindly ask her to clean our room. 2 of the 3 elevators were not working which only added to the frustration. What's worse is that the front desk staff advised me that my issue could only be addressed through the 3rd party that I booked through and did not want to be bothered to help resolve the issue. Only to find out later that the 3rd party is requiring the hotel to perform an investigation into my complaint. I provided pictures and videos to the hotel and the 3rd party. Not happy with how long the resolution is taking. Cannot say enough about avoiding this hotel. Very sad given it's interesting history in Forth Worth and regards to JFK.
Property was nice and clean !
The heat was not working and the elevators were broken! Congested downtown.
Great location just off Main Street, spacious room, comfortable bed, helpful staff on reception.
UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE – BEWARE! Please note that I have stayed at this property before with a great experience. I don't know if management changed but it sucks. I reached out a day prior to checking in and Eva or Elva concerning early check in and digital key/contact-less checkin. Front desk stated if available on morning of. So I did the mobile checking through my Honors app, it stated my key would be ready. Prior to arriving I message about my checkin, even noted that there was no pending charge on my card, front desk stated they didn't know why because my room was ready. I asked why wasn't it showing up in the app, another person named Hunter stated it may be because the system is down. later came back and stated that the GM stated they changed the policy due to fraud. I explained about my prior stay, for verification I'm not fraud and also the prior conversation regarding contactless checkin and digital key. Attempted to contact GM but kept saying he was busy. Contacted consumer care, they were able to get a hold of the GM magically. The agent apologized for the change in policy without notification but still advertise contactless. Agent stated GM would cancell stay without charge and I could book elsewhere. I booked at embassy without issue. Hour later I get a charge from this property. I contact customer service again and front desk tells them I'm a no call no show to charge me. That is FRAUD. I will be pursuing this as that to my fullest capabilities. How can you say you changed a policy because of fraud when your property is falsely documenting notes to process a charge. I'm greatly disappointed in this Hilton property.
Clean modern and first class
Nothing
Maybe valet too expensive
The room was cool and clean. Very confirmed
