Prima bed
Totaal verouderd. Nul hulp van wie dan ook. Eigenlijk nogal onbeschoft en totaal onpersoonlijk.
The view of downtown on 10th floor
That valet parking was 57 dollars.
Cleanliness
Everything but the cleanliness
Hilton Ft. Worth for a week long conference.

Staff was friendly, accommodated me to second room when I was unleaded with the first.
The first room smelled heavy of mold and filth, the second room had a slight odor and a toilet that continually ran. The tiller was stained yellow from improper cleaning practices.
Location was optimal for our event.
Cleanliness. I had to use my own cleaning products to thoroughly clean all hard surfaces including the toilet sink and tub.
4 day stay. Complained room temperature controls did not work. Promised would be fixed next day. Later written communication confirmed hotel knew this was part of much bigger problem they couldn't readily fix. Front desk staff continued to lie about the problem. After complaining in writing manager named Aylyn Alvorado said hotel would refund 1 nights charge and provide big Hilton points bonus. They did neither and ignored follow up emails. Successfully challenged charge with credit card. Have copies of all communication if anyone wants to confirm these claims
We had a nice stay. The room was comfortable & clean. The bed (king size) was firm which my hubby loved. Biggest complaint was that they charged us $74 for valet parking for one night. We have a small SUV. The website says $74 for an "oversized" vehicle which a Ford Edge definitely isn't. Normal valet parking is $69 according to the website which is still ridiculously high. There isn't an option for self park.
Our room was hot and Ashley and Art came up and fixed the problem right away! They need a raise! So professional and kind! Not something you get every day!
Bathroom sink never drained .
Make sure plumbing is fixed before renting room
Coacroach were bad. It woken me up in middle of night crawling on me.
They were in bathroom also.
