Fun short stingy a little greedy nice people that don’t explain anything

How big and the things to do

Cons:

I didn’t like that I had to find out everything for my self. , on top of tht I smoke so walking a half mile to the parking garage is annoying exaughsting

Jade at the front desk was awesome!!
Pros:

This was our annual Grandkids trip. We were checked in by Jade. She was a warm professional person. She assisted us care and laughs. We were a little stressed upon arriving and Jade made things smooth for us. We were able to see an amazing 4th of July display that we will never forget. Please know that Jade made this trip for us. Let her know we appreciated all that she did. Thank you!!

For the price, not worth it
Pros:

Staff were friendly and got to know us.

Cons:

Several elevator call buttons were out of order. The tv had no remote or off switch. We couldn’t get a remote from guest services. The toilet took forever to flush. The exhaust fan in the bathroom never turned off.

Nice location, easy parking, friendly staff.
Pros:

Across the street from the Crown Plaza Mall for dining and shopping. Loved the covered and heated walkways to get to the mall and Union Station.

Good but not great
Pros:

It was well maintained and pretty, staff was friendly but could not solve some of the problems.

Cons:

The hot tub was closed and unusable, that was one of the reason we booked so disappointed. The room service QR code was not in our room, when I brought it up they never replaced it. Room service was expensive for basically take out in a bag.

Will stay again for the Hallmark Experience. Liked the sky links to the plaza, Westin and Union Station.
