Great stay, Staff was very friendly and helpful, food was decent and room was very clean. It was quiet in the room which was very important to me.
This is my second stay at this hotel. My first was for work and my time there was very pleasant. It's the reason I came back a second time. This time was for pleasure and activities in the area with friends. This is hands down the best hotel around this location. Spacious and clean rooms. Very close to Rutgers University and about 15 minutes from Edison where there are a ton of resturants and entertainment. There is always parking and the food is good at the restaurant. Anytime I'm in the area I will always stay here.
The hot tub was nice & bubbly & a good hot temperature, the beds were comfy & rooms were nice & big, breakfast was good
Was definitely dirty in a lot of areas… room was not vacuumed prior to us getting there as there were crumbs on the floor, pool are was dirty. Cushions NEED cleaning as well as the floors and the hot tub needs updating as the stone was definitely crumbling to the bottom..
I was there for a conference. The renovation is great except for the bathrooms. They are tiny and the bathtub bottom was cracked and sticking to my feet. There was also black hair in a few places in the bathroom. Both of these problems were gross. Otherwise the hotel was perfect for the conference. The lunch could be better and breakfast could have had more options.
Exceptional service and really nice facilities! Room was great and hotel is very clean. My daughter was sick and staff went above and beyond to help- truly amazing service!
The room was fantastic! A huge thank you to the team for the upgrade—I really appreciated the staff acknowledging my status at both check-in and check-out.
There was a dance competition happening during my stay, so the hotel was quite loud and active, but the quality of the room and the central location made it well worth it. It’s an easy walk to Delta’s Restaurant and Cuzin’s Seafood & Clam Bar.
A few logistics:
Parking: Overnight parking was $31, which felt reasonable for the area.
Dining: Grabbed a great drink at the bar; didn't try the breakfast this time. Seemed readily available though.
Events: The hotel appears to have plenty of convention space for those traveling for business.
App: I love the WoH app. Appreciate the communication in advance and access through the app.
I would definitely stay here again!
The hotel ran out of pillows and blankets for my pullout sofa. My daughter slept on a bare mattress pad and the staff then offered to comp my $10 parking fee or buy ONE of us breakfast
