We went on the roof for the first time…it’s awesome up there…. Great place….love the Free Coffee!
Pros:

My daughter just moved to West Hollywood so I stay here when I visit her from Chicago. I’ve stayed a few times. It’s great…good location between Santa Monica Blvd. And Sunset…there are a lot of places to walk.

Event at the Andaz
Pros:

We hosted a two-day event in the Panorama Suite, complete with hotel-wide branding, in-room drops, a 30+ room block, and special arrangements to park Cadillacs out front. The entire team was incredibly accommodating—quick to respond, flexible with last-minute changes, and genuinely collaborative throughout the process.

Not to mention the rooms were clean and beautiful, and everyone loved the Andaz-branded water bottles!

Anne was especially outstanding to work with. She was consistently available by phone, text, and in person, and truly made us feel supported every step of the way. She kept everything organized, communicated seamlessly with the broader hotel team, and expertly managed special requests including room drops, dietary restrictions, and logistics. Anne took the time to walk us through each component of the BEO and associated costs, ensuring complete alignment and transparency throughout. Her professionalism and personal approach were unmatched.

We highly recommend working with Anne and her colleague, Marissa. Additionally, the valet team deserves special recognition—they were fantastic partners and a pleasure to work with.

Cool pool area, good room, great bed. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Tolle Erfahrung - gutes Hotel - bemühtes Personal - gerne wieder !
Pros:

Ein grosses und geräumiges Zimmer mit genug Platz im Bad. Wir waren 4 Freunde in einem Zimmer für ein Trip in den Staaten. Wir hatten ebenfalls eine Marshall Musikbox mit dem jeder sich verbinden konnte. Das Frühstück im Hotel war ebenfalls gut und das Personal in allen Belangen sehr toll gewesen. Gerne wieder !

Ich kann nichts negatives Erwähnen.

Beautiful and very trendy hotel in the heart of WeHo. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again.
Pros:

Best location, view from the Pool Deck is spectacular. Beds were medium firmness and very comfy.

Cons:

The hotel was very stylish and very trendy. However, the hotel does feel a little Aged. It may be due for an update.

I arrived at the hotel on my birthday and was completely surprised by the most beautiful room decoration—big golden “Happy Birthday” balloons and an adorable teddy bear. It truly made me feel so special and welcomed. Every detail was thoughtful and heartfelt. A special thank you to Sebastiana, who was in charge of this lovely surprise and made my stay unforgettable. I absolutely loved it and will always remember this experience!

Gerne wieder, ein tolles Hotel!
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Strip war genial! Rainbow, Whisky und Roxy gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zimmer waren groß und sehr sauber, Personal äußerst freundlich. Der Pool mit seiner Aussicht war klasse!!

Cons:

Wie überall in LA ... die hohen Parkgebühren für den Hotelparkplatz.
