Beautiful hotel and great service. Hyatt honors members receive extra Care. The service was excellent in the breakfast was very good

Have used Andaz before and considered them a high quality quirky blend.

I’d say this one provides a good image in the reception area but that hides tired (albeit good sized) bedrooms. We were also offered a $15 per night upgrade to be at the front of the hotel which we took. In hindsight good service would have provided the best room available without charge and being at the front (street side) meant a lack of sleep from the busy streets.

No in room refreshment facilities but you can refill water at water stations across the floors or get coffee and a few complimentary treats (breakfast bars, crisps etc. at reception. Despite this the front of desk were professional and friendly.

Rooftop pool was small and busy. They put too much of this limited space to at a cost cabanas that stayed empty most the time they were there.

To be fair we wouldn’t come back to WeHo again though, if we did, we’d look for better options.

This place is awesome. Great location, great service. We were here for a night at the Hollywood bowl. We will always stay at this Andaz.

Do not eat at the overpriced hotel restaurant. Breakfast is not complimentary. $120 for eggs, smoked salmon, sausage, a banana and orange juice is ridiculously overpriced.

Furthermore, the hotel doesn't have backup when the hotel elevator breaks, only one service elevator .

Great location, friendly staff, spacious rooms, and awesome rooftop pool. Pool gets crowded so you have to go early. A lot of locals using Resort Pass and the hotel doesn't really monitor it. Right next to Comedy Store and walking distance or short uber to destination places without being in the riff raff. We felt very safe also. Will definitely stay again!

Very nice hotel with wonderful staff and excellent location. Plus, Led Zeppelin stayed there. It's a great place, do it!

We had such an incredible stay at the Andaz West Hollywood, especially as Hyatt guests of Honor, and I truly can’t say enough good things—especially about Jessie and Nathan.

We arrived very early in the morning, well before check-in, and I was unfortunately dealing with pretty severe vertigo. The staff went above and beyond to help us get into our room early so I could lie down and recover. That level of kindness and care meant everything to us and completely set the tone for our stay.

From there, everything was just fantastic. The breakfast each morning was phenomenal, the poolside service (those icy drinks!) was perfect, and the views from our 10th-floor room were absolutely stunning. We also loved the thoughtful touches—like the complimentary snacks when returning from our day trips and the soda water always available in the lobby.

Every single staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. It made the entire experience feel elevated and special.

We truly cannot wait to come back. Thank you again to Jessie and the entire team for such a memorable stay!

The staff at the Andaz was second to none. The gentlemen at the front desk were absolutely attentive to my needs..genuinely cared about my stay.

I came to Hollywood for a conference and timed my early arrival so that I could spend some time in the sun by the pool. Upon arriving to the pool, all the lounge chairs were taken. I would soon discover that the majority of the people laying around the pool were NOT hotel guests. I had to patiently wait an hour for a lounge chair to become free in order to lay in the sun. The door to the pool did not require the use of a room key. This is an obvious "fix" to reserving the pool for hotel guests only and does not seem like a change the hotel wants to make. For the premium price of this hotel, I expected the hotel experience to match the price and it did not meet my expectations.

One of the two elevators was not working during my three-night stay and no one was working on repairing the elevator.

The room was nice and clean. The hotel was clean and modern.

It has seen better days. The room was exceptionally worn and showed visible signs of not being clean. The staff hide behind the front desk and are barely friendly. Broken elevator .. one working elevator for a huge hotel ... long wait times to go anywhere. I can't imagine ever staying here again.

The Andaz was in a good location in West Hollywood but I wish I had booked another hotel. I couldn't use the pool on the one free afternoon I had because they were setting up for a private party and the alternative pools they offered weren't nice. But my main issue was the absolutely insane party they had in the lobby restaurant. I could feel the reverberation in my bed on the 5th floor. They didn't really compensate me for either of these things so overall I was disappointed. Stay the One Hotel West Hollywood - a little more expensive but much nicer.

The hotel staff and the facilities were A+. What was not was the cost of valet parking that we noted on our final bill - $75/day! Also, the Valet was understaffed and there were times where we had to wait 15-20 minutes to fetch our car.
