The experience was truly more than wonderful in every way from the moment I arrived until my departure. The service was impeccable, and the attention to detail made my visit unforgettable.

I am particularly grateful for the generous room upgrade you provided, as well as the excellent location and view of the room, which greatly enhanced my stay.

A special thank you to Renee at the reception desk for her outstanding professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness. She truly went above and beyond and made me feel genuinely welcomed.

The staff were fantastic and gave a really great service, there was not enough they could do for you and made sure every request was fulfilled. They helped decorate the room for my girlfriends birthday and she was over the moon

Понравилось абсолютно все. Место расположение, завтраки, ресторан вечером и прочее. Девочки в таких красивых костюмах на стойке регистрации - отдельный восторг. Все быстрое решают. Консьерж , отдельное вам спасибо. Отправили посылку моей деньки в ее университет в Хатфилд. Так как нам нужно было лететь и не нужно было с собой брать лишних вещей. Все получили уже ! Завтрак супер 🙌
Вид из номера идеальный! Я была уверена что сеть джумейра оправдает мои ожидания .
