My stay was good, as always. Only thing, the shower did not work good. The shower drain was not working. There was no shower curtain or soap tray.
It's great to see your effort and dedication, but it's important to address the disciplinary issues with certain hosts. It's crucial for hosts to show respect towards guests by not standing in the way and talking everywhere. Overall, everything else was satisfactory. Keep up the good work!
I booked a room via Expedia and they gave the room away to someone else so I had to stayed in the car for the night. Terrible experience to say the least and no refund.
A nice 👌Hotel with a service more than the payment deserves. They have amazing Staff, the staffs are always welcome for any assistance. Specially the waiter Kidist Teka she cared about all my food preferences during breakfast even if it is not on the buffet she ordered from the kitchen based on my preference Thank you!
The great thing is if you don't have time to eat breakfast in the hotel, you can order a take away breakfast pack.
Room is clean but the bed sheets and pilow cases are over used and needs to be changed. I enjoyed my stay 😌
Lights not working , No hot water, wifi not working
The service , Hotel room...I even extended my stay there...Next time, I am staying there again.
Nice atmosphere. Beautiful area.
Friendly staff but poor shower room design and incompetent cotractors used by the hotel resulting in overnight water shutdown for no apparent reason.
Absolument, définitivement rien. Absolument, définitivement rien.
I stayed at Kerawi for 2 months. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room service was always timely. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The food was delicious. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hawassa for the first time.
Good hotel for my payment good hospitality service
El hotel en general esta muy bien, agua caliente y cama comoda en habitaciones buenas. El personal es agradable y el jardin interior esta muy bien para pasar los ratos muertos.
I LIKE
The amenities are good, with comfortable rooms and good breakfast buffet for the price. The shower leaked a lot, so we always had to pile up towels on the floor to keep the bathroom from becoming a lake, but otherwise the room was good.
Though likely not unique to this hotel, the management is quite homophobic, and tried to charge my SISTER and me double because we were a "same sex couple". We reserved and paid for a room for 2 via this website, but they said they have tried to get the booking websites to ask for the sex of the guests during booking and not allow same sex pairs to be in the same room...obviously this is very discriminatory and not something any booking website should ever comply with. As we had already paid for the room (non-refundable), we compromised by just paying 150birr/day for the breakfast charge for a second guest (even though we paid for 2 guests from the beginning so this was ridiculous!!! But better than paying double). Not sure if this compromise would've even been possible if we weren't able to prove we were sisters. So, word of warning to any same sex travel partners that you might encounter some issues here.
