Accommodating business hotel
Pros:

Very nice and modern rooms. Spacious, well decorated. Gym was big, plenty of sunlight. Food at the restaurant was reasonably good also.

Location and renovated rooms
Pros:

The Hyatt at Capitol Hill was a perfect location for our family of four. The rooms were comfortable (we got the suite), and the indoor pool was great. Location was ideal - walking distance to the mall and 5 minutes to Union station (lots of food to select from). We had access to the club lounge and had great breakfast and snacks during the weekdays. We wish the club lounge was open on the weekend.

Excellent Location and Hotel Stay
Pros:

This is an excellent location to the national mall and capitol. I really liked the recent renovations. Our stay was comfortable and the food was excellent.

Outstanding Stay at the Hyatt DC Capitol Hill
Pros:

The level of customer service I received from my valet, luggage, and the front desk were exceptional. Shout out to Ercan Cayoglu who ensured my checkin process was seamless and he also ensured that I was on a high floor which I requested. I also got some great dinner recommendations from the front desk staff. Finally, I absolutely loved my room - it was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. I also enjoyed that nice size tv and the view as well. Job well done Hyatt. I will be back for business soon.

Perfect Location with Welcoming Vibes
Pros:

The Lobby is amazing, drinks and food delicious, and loved our room set up. We were so close to everything that we walked everywhere. Only bummer - I was traveling with my daughter as a celebration for her birthday, it was her first time in the city and had hoped for a view. Not the hotel's fault, just the only bummer of the stay.

A very peaceful experience.
Pros:

I was in DC for work and we were all staying at this Regency. It was very nice and any of the staff that I interacted with were very pleasant. The room was ready when I arrived before noon due to an early flight in. That was a nice surprise. Additionally, the bed and pillows were amazing. I didn't eat at the restaurant or visit the bar given my work schedule. But a few colleagues said the restaurant was very accommodating to a food allergy that she has. Overall, it was a very nice experience. After our long days, returning to a quiet and comfortable room was wonderful. I would definitely return.
