Cons:

The extra hidden fees after I had already paid through the booking agency. Staff did not clean the room until the second day when we asked.

Pros:

Received excellent service from Megan, Julius and Robert, and from those that worked in the restaurant and gift shop. Everybody was very friendly, attentive and helpful. I really enjoyed my time there. I would most definitely recommend Hyatt Hotel to anyone who asks for a recommendation.

Cadre, emplacement, qualité des prestations.
Personnel attentif et souriant, service valet / parking

Cons:

Taxes indirectes non annoncées (par exemple le parking est annoncé à 57 $ la nuit mais une taxe de plus de 10 $ s'y ajoute. Plus la taxe de nuitée de 20 $. Soit 30 $ de plus par nuit.

Un peignoir et/ ou des chaussons auraient été appréciés 😉

Very good, all but valet.
Pros:

Most of it.

Cons:

Do not valet your car . It took us more than 40 minutes to receive the car. Completely unacceptable, they were only taking cars in, but not bringing them out.
