Location
Everything is horrible about this place. Stay away like from the plague. Mandatory deposit which you need to spend on candy 50$ a day…. Room looks like a soviet union dormitory. Bubble gum everywhere from the 18th century. Beds moving all the time, worst hotel i lve ever stayed in
I had a confirmed and fully paid reservation, yet the hotel gave my room away without notifying me. This left me in an extremely stressful and difficult situation, forcing me to find alternative accommodation at the last minute.
This level of service is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. To make matters worse, the hotel did not even offer any compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused by their failure to honor my reservation.
I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation was handled and would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with this hotel.

Restaurant opens late, small lobby with limited seating, felt humid and stuffy, customer service was atrocious on multiple fronts throughout our 4 night stay. Worst experience with a Hilton.
When we first arrived, we were greeted by the wonderful staff. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. Due to our arrival way earlier than expected, the hotel was kind enough to hold our bags while we explored the city. Upon arriving back to the room, we were still able to check in about an hour earlier than expected. The room was beautiful, the hotel was clean, and our room had an amazing view of the city. I'm glad we made the choice to stay at this particular hotel, and I do believe I will stay here again, if we return to the city.

Oda yapıları güzel, banyo ve tuvaletleri güzel
Resepsiyonda nezaketten ve misafirperverlikten yoksun insanlar mevcut. Restoran bölümünde güleryüz eksikliği olduğunu düşünüyorum. Misafirperverlik genel olarak sorunlu.

Для чего оставлять 600$ депозита не понятно!
Обманули с баром, сказали что 38$ в день у нас бесплатно а вычли из депозитных денег!
Цена отеля на сайте 2700$ а по факту еще 1000$ налога и депозит 600$
Об этих расходах ни кто не предупредил! Мы к ним были не готовы!
