La habitación estaba sucia. Se me ocurrio asomarme debajo de la cama y casi me da algo. En el lobby las cucharacas campaban a sus anchas. Tuve que pedir cinco veces que me imprimieran un documento y me marearon con distintas direcciones de correo electrónico para finalmente darme un documento que era ilegible porque no tenían tinta.
In general I have expected from Hilton more luxurious room, some parts were broken, some of them missed at all. Unfortunately, overall impression is not what was expected, bearing in mind the cost of staying on the New Year.
Broken bath faucet, luck of toilet brush. Some small nuances broke overall impression.
