Pros:

Room was spacious and hotel was clean.

Cons:

There was constant hammering in our room. 2pm, 8pm, 5am, it happened every day we were there. We complained to the desk several times and nothing was done about it

Lovely stay overall
Pros:

We had a lovely stay. The hotel room is very big for NYC. The general vibe of the hotel is very corporate as the UN centre is within sight of the hotel. It’s a clean hotel and staff seemed attentive. They have extra security including a security dog which does make you feel safer given you’re very close to the UN centre. Our only down side was the lifts felt a bit dodgy. On one day we were stranded on the 33rd floor because of an alarm which had caused the lifts to stop working. Luckily only stuck for roughly 20minutes, but there were times when the lift doors didn’t open when you called for the lift and sometimes one was out of order - leaving you feeling a bit uncertain about their safety!

Décevant pour un hôtel de ce Nom

La vue était sympa. Malheureusement, elle ne correspondait pas avec la commande qui avait était effectuer.

Lors du passage de ma commande (chambre Deluxe Lit Queen size vue sur ville) j'ai moi même choisi cette chambre car elle me correspondait, ( grande chambre, grande douche etc...)
Quelle fut notre surprise lorsqu'en arrivant dans notre chambre rien ne correspondait avec ce que nous voulions (baignoire à la place d'une douche et seulement 4 petites vitres à la place de grande baie vitrées...)
Après un appel bref avec le service de l'hôtel qui ma foi gagne à être aimable... Ils nous ont expliqué que notre commande initial faites le 31 Janvier pour un séjour prévu le 27 Mars (Presque 2 mois avant) n'avais plus de disponibilités et qu'ils ne nous en avait pas informer. EN REVANCHE avant notre plainte j'avais quand même payer le prix fort de la chambre initial, joli geste de la part du service hôtelier qui nous ont heureusement fait payer moins cher.
Si je ne m'étais pas plaint ce ne serai pas arriver...

Excelente service at the Millennium
Pros:

The service at the Millennium Hilton is the best, I have ever experienced. In particular I would like to mention Shane (excellent service and very attentive to our needs) , Deep at the front desk ( unique attention to details), and Ms Sonya ( joyful and brings to her job absolute positive energy). I usually do not write reviews however they deserve this acknowledgment.
