Not the most comfortable place to stay.
Pros:

The staff was excellent. The room size was fine. The food and bar were very nice.

Cons:

The pillows were the worse we have ever had in any hotel and I left the hotel with a bad back.

Excellent as Always
Pros:

Very Impressive Place on the inside, always impressed by the 18-story open area in the center of the hotel. Parking is excellent and the Sky Walk to the Convention Center is SO appreciated every January when I stay.

Recommend for a stay in downtown MKE
Pros:

Clean. Nice skywalk connecting to Baird Center. Great proximity to FiServ and Baird Conference Center. Lovely lobby with bar, restaurant and Starbucks attached. Plenty of parking nearby. Safe area. Room was nicer than expected, comfortable bed, plenty of space.

Outdated, not worth the money we paid
Pros:

This hotel is very dated. The bathroom door wouldn't close unless you lifted up on one end. The toilet and bath tub drained very slowly. Parking is $36 a night. No breakfast is included. For the price we paid, this is not worth it. The only positive is that the building is connected to the Baird Center through skyway, which is great during winter time.

Over all, a convenient, pleasant stay.
Pros:

The price was right for the stay and the quality of the property. The bed was very comfortable. All hotel staff was helpful and friendly. I like the brand/aroma of the toiletries. Key card needed for room floors in the elevator. There are some great restaurant choices right near by-Thai, Italian, Japanese.

Cons:

Hyatt Regency is one of two of my "go to" hotel brands. The room at this one in Milwaukee, sadly, is starting to show it's age. Scratches/scuff marks on walls, doors and furniture. The bathroom was very small. There was nothing to hang a used towel on in the bathroom. The chair in the room was comfortable, but there was nothing to put one's feet up on. Wound up using the office chair for that. No glass ware, only small plastic cups, in Motel 6, Red Roof Inn style-yuck. While I was pleasantly surprised to see a Starbuck's in the lobby, it didn't open until 6:30.
