Property is clean, but it is 30 years past a refresh. Looks outdated and rundown
Pros:

This property looks rundown. Needed a refresh 20 years ago.

Cons:

Rooms smelled like the ventilation system needed cleaning. Microwaves placed outside of elevators on floor? Looked like a low rent operation. I used to think staying at a Hyatt I was guaranteed a level of quality, but my last few stays at various properties has made me view this as a last resort booking. This property needs entire makeover.

Excellent value for the service, location and room quality.
Pros:

Easy and reasonable valet parking. The hotel is in a perfect location to walk to so many restaurant and venues. Staff was awesome! So friendly and a great, happy vibe.

The bar closed at midnight

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the valets.

Cons:

No soap bars in the room, and didn't like that there wasn't a microwave in the room. And that parking costs so much.

Pros:

Location was great as was price. Staff were all very professional and friendly.

Cons:

The rooms are definitely showing their age. Slow drainage of sinks, various damages to doors, etc. Not bad at all but just in need of being spruced up.

I LIKRE THE LOCATION FOR WHAT WE WERE IN TOWN FOR.

Cons:

The T.V. didn"t work. I am now having trouble gettimg a reciept. they keep telling me they e mailed it but it is not attached to any of the emails.

Comfortable Conference Hotel in downtown MKE

great conference hotel in downtown Milwaukee. Convenience is its greatest asset. the team was surprisingly engaged and helpful in all areas. biggest deficit is the hotel is showing signs of age and could use a facelift.
