Saved my trip, kept everything simple and clean place with great staff.
Pros:

Close to majority of things such as the fiserv arena, uwm panther arena, miller theater, and the pabst theatre. Customer service was tremendous. We’ve dealt with difficulties trying to use Airbnb and the front desk staff made everything quick and easy getting a last minute room on two separate occasions! Can’t thank them enough

Cons:

Parking prices. Starbucks closing quite early. Some tad bit outdated tvs in rooms. Toilets are slightly lower than standard toilets

Will not be returning for future volleyball tournaments

Hotel staff was very friendly and professional. Convenient location to Baird Center for volleyball tournament.

Cons:

We’ve stayed at this hotel for previous tournaments. Including as recent as January. This time, the hotel restricted the allowance of food, beverages in lounge areas, as well as movement of any minors in the hotel. These are not small children. Most are 16 and older. They were not permitted to leave their room without a parents. Absolutely ridiculous. They also closed off an entire portion of the second floor for a conference that was NOT utilizing that area. I’m so disappointed in these “new restrictions” that were posted on a printed sign by the escalators. We will no longer be staying at a hotel that treats its guests like children. Valet also didn’t bother to pull our car up and instead handed us the keys and said “your car is to the left outside” This was AFTER I included a tip on the app. Not happy at all.

Pros:

Directly attached to the convention center - so great location for the event I was attending.

Cons:

Parking was very expensive. Also the walkway to the convention center (which was an advantage of the location) seemed to close at random times - making it necessary to brave the snow (usually without a coat) and walk several blocks to return to the hotel. Very strange and frankly stupid. Also, the internet at the hotel was very poor - seems to be throttled down to require you to pay a daily fee to get faster speed. That just struck me as cheap and unworthy of a value- based hotel brand.

Pros:

I really liked the location in relation to the Fiserv Forum where we were attending an event.

Cons:

The bed was not the caliber of bed I've slept in while visiting numerous other Hyatt locations. The feeling of the springs and the sound even of them when sitting on the bed or getting up after laying in the bed was a far cry from other Hywtt locations.

Terrible. Overall terrible room comforter was dirty bathroom and bedroom was small and bathroom dirty staff were nice but very strict place can’t go anywhere under age of 21 without a parent.

One night stay
Pros:

Stayed one night with my daughters for a volleyball tournament at the Baird. The hotel was fine/as expected. My main issue was the parking situation. We had already paid $240 for one night at the hotel, then had to pay $75 to leave the parking garage. Mind you, we were only parked for 24 hours. I did speak with the front desk prior to leaving and was told that since I didn’t book a rate that included parking, we would just have to pay the standard rate, which feels like excessive.

Perfect location and great accommodations.
Pros:

Went for a Bucks game and was centrally located and very comfortable.

Cons:

After the game, it seemed like a lot of the restaurants in the area closed and the hotel had no room service.

Pros:

Great hotel location. The concert we attended was at Panther Arena, right across the street.
Check in and out was a breeze.

They saved me.

Great hotel - strongly recommend
Pros:

So many great things to say about this hotel! The location is great, as a solo female traveler I felt safe & secure the whole time. I loved the layout, very easy to navigate. And the staff was all top notch, and very easy on the eyes 😍

It was not awful, but some improvements are needed.
Pros:

It was certainly better than some hotels in which I have stayed, but improvements are needed with television lineup, pot smoke intervention, and elevator traffic management.
