Perfect for what I needed

Cons:

Loud but it was like white noise so it wasn’t terrible. Not sure where the sound was coming from.
Also, woke up to bedside table with a lot of ants. I had no food or drink in the room. I didn’t see a trail of them. They were just random. ? I know it’s been dry & critters are looking for water. But I was on the 6th floor. Wondering if they have an ant problem in the walls that’s beginning to become evident..?

Convenient location for a short business trip.
Pros:

The hotel was conveniently located and the facilities were clean and comfortable. The staff person at check-in was friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the grab and go breakfast option.

Cons:

It was a little noisy the night I stayed. I heard voices from the hall several times during the night.

Okay but not great
Pros:

Decent, busy area. Seems like your car might not be completely safe. Local teens loitered on property, entered the exercise facility near the pool. The police were called and the teens left. Still didn’t care for neighborhood.

Cons:

Pool was dirty. Continental breakfast was very bad.

Can’t wait to return!

This was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in a while!

To start, TobiAnn, the GM went out of her way to make sure my son had the most amazing birthday ever. From the sign welcoming him upon check-in, to the balloons, gifts, mini cake, personalized card signed by all of the staff, and birthday swag, he felt SO special. Birthdays are big for him, and she made him feel like the most important guest in the hotel. We could not have been more impressed with her attention to detail and how she went out of her way for him. Thank you!!

All of the staff were extremely friendly, and they seemed to genuinely enjoy being around each other and their job. That kind of staff morale is a big deal in hospitality! Alexa at the front desk was wonderful, and everyone made us feel like we were a special apart of the family.

The room was clean and cold, smelled great

Pool area was quiet and tropical, my son said it reminded him of the Florida Keys. There was nice wicker furniture with throw pillows and thick cushions

Gorgeous firepit/grill area, and we enjoyed having breakfast there in the morning!

The location was in a very quiet area overlooking the lake but really close to a lot of restaurants and stores and Wendy’s next door. We enjoyed the peaceful walk around the lake and all of the wildlife we saw. Highly recommend!

There was a good breakfast selection, but my son wished there was thick bacon. The staff kept it refreshed for the entire breakfast time and everything was fresh and delicious.

Check in at 3 and check out at noon gave my son a chance for another swim in the pool.

Overall a wonderful experience and we will definitely be returning!

The photo below is 100% the actual so called lakeveiw from room 301. There is no lakeview and during my entire stay I fe

I liked that the property was not on a busy highway.

Cons:

They advertisement said that I was getting a lakeview suite. There was no lakeview from my room. Maybe there was a lakeview three years ago, but now when you look out the window you will only see thick trees. They charged for the view and there was no view.

Location was great. Large selection of breakfast items. Very spacious bedroom.

Cons:

Our room was hot. Especially near the sitting area at the window overlooking the pond. Even after setting the ac to 63 it never got below 76 in the living room area. Thankfully I brought another fan with me so that the air could be circulated.

Outstanding
Pros:

My Wife and I spent our Wedding Anniversary there. The Staff were OUTSTANDING!!! We have stayed in many Hampton Inns but never treated in such a Royal and Special way!!! The view of the Lake very soothing.
